Որոշ մարդիկ անընդհատ մրսում են, նրանց ձեռքերն ու ոտքերը մշտապես սառն են: Արժե՞ անհանգստանալ դրա համար: Այդ հարցին պատասխանել են Քլիվլենդի համալսարանի մասնագետները:
Արյան շրջանառություն
Անոթների մասնագետ Նատալի Էվանսը նշել է, որ շատերն են բողոքում սառը ձեռքերից եւ ոտքերից, բայց սովորաբար դա անհանգստության պատճառ չէ, հատկապես եթե հիվանդը երիտասարդ է եւ ընդհանուր առմամբ առողջ:
Սակայն սառը վերջույթները կարող են որոշ հիվանդությունների ախտանիշ լինել, օրինակ` ծայրամասային հոդերի հիվանդությունների (PAD), ռեւմատիկ հիվանդությունների (ինչպիսիք են սկլերոդերմիան, համակարգային կարմիր գայլուկը եւ ռեւմատոիդ հոդացավը) կամ էլ վահանաձեւ գեղձի գործառույթի նվազման:
Դա կարող է նաեւ Ռեյնո հիվանդության նշան լինել` սովորաբար ոչ վտանգավոր հիվանդության, որի դեպքում ձեռքերի եւ ոտքերի մատների արյունատար անոթները նեղանում են: Երբեմն նման հիվանդության դեպքում վերջույթների գույնը եւս փոխվում է. մատները սպիտակում են, երբ արյան շրջանառությունը վատանում է, հետո կապտում են կամ էլ մանուշակագույն են դառնում, հետո կարմրում են, արյան շրջանառությունը վերականգնվում է:
Երբ է պետք զգուշանալ
Ռեյնոյի հիվանդությունն ինքնին վտանգավոր չի համարվում, բայց կարող է այլ հիվանդությունների ուղեկցել, օրինակ` վասկուլյար կամ ռեւմատիկ: Եթե Ռեյնոյի ախտանիշներին զուգահեռ հիվանդի մոտ այնպիսի դրսեւորումներ կան, որոնք դժվարությամբ են բուժվում, մաշկի, եղունգների թանձրացումներ, արժե, որ նա բժշկի դիմի, նշել է բժիշկ Էվանսը:
Ահա այն ախտանիշները, որոնք, եթե ի հայտ են գալիս վերջույթների սառնության հետ միասին, պիտի ձեզ անհանգստացնեն.
• Մաշկի հաստացում կամ թանձրացում
• Դժվար լավացող խոցեր կամ ճաքեր ձեռքի կամ ոտքերի մատների վրա
• Հոգնածություն
• Քաշի փոփոխություն
• Տենդ
• Հոդացավ
• Ցան
Ինչպես տաքանալ
Եթե ձեզ մոտ ոչ մի հիվանդություն չի հայտնաբերվել եւ դուք ուղղակի մրսում եք, ահա մի քանի խորհուրդ այն մասին, թե ինչպես տաքանաք.
• Եղանակին համապատասխան կոշիկներ եւ տաք գուլպաներ կրեք:
• Սառը եղանակին կարելի է ձեռնոցների փոխարեն թաթմաններ կրել:
• Մի քանի շերտով տաք հագուստ կրեք. դա կօգնի պաշտպանել մարմինը, իսկ եթե շոգ լինի, շերտերից մեկը կարելի կլինի հանել:
• Նիկոտին եւ կոֆեին մի օգտագործեք, որովհետեւ դրանք նեղացնում են արյունատար անոթները:
