Տեղի է ունեցել «Ճախրուկ» ամենամյա միջազգային 5-րդ ներառական փառատոնը

Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարի տեղակալ Տաթևիկ Ստեփանյանը մասնակցել է Խարբերդի մասնագիտացված մանկատանը տեղի ունեցած «Ֆիզիկական հնարավորությունները ոչինչ են, եթե չունես հոգու թռիչք» խորագրով հատուկ կարիքներ ունեցող մարդկանց ազգային երաժշտության «Ճախրուկ» ամենամյա միջազգային 5-րդ ներառական փառատոնին։
Միջոցառմանը ներկա են եղել նաև ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանը, ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանը, Արդարադատության նախարար Սրբուհի Գալյանը, Արաբական Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան դոկտոր Նորա Արիսյանը, պետական կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներ, ՀՀ մարզերի հանրակրթական և արվեստի դպրոցների աշակերտներ, պատվավոր հյուրեր և այլք։
«Ճախրուկ» էթնո երաժշտախմբից բացի, երաժշտական կատարումներով հանդես են եկել նաև նախարարության ենթակայությամբ գործող երեխաների խնամքի հաստատությունների սաները, հատուկ կրթական դպրոցների աշակերտները, «Հաղթանակ» շուրջօրյա խնամքի կենտրոնի տարեցները, ինչպես նաև հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխաներ՝ Ղազախստանի և Սիրիայի Արաբական Հանրապետություններից։
Կարևորելով նմանօրինակ նախաձեռնությունների դերը հաշմանդամություն և հատուկ կարիքներ ունեցող անձանց կարողությունների բացահայտման ու զարգացման գործում՝ նախարարի տեղակալ Տաթևիկ Ստեփանյանը շեշտել է նաև երաժշտության դերն ու նշանակությունը երեխաների թաքնված ներուժի ու կարողությունների արտահայտման գործում։
Փառատոնին զուգահեռ մանկատան այգու տարածքում մասնակիցները ներկայացել էին իրենց տաղավարներով՝ ցուցադրելով ձեռքի աշխատանքներ․նախարարի տեղակալն հյուրերի հետ միասին ողջունել է երեխաներին, ծանոթացել նրանց հետաքրքրություններին, խրախուսել ու ոգեշնչել՝ հավատալու սեփական ուժերին։
Միջոցառման ընթացքում երաժշտական խմբերի անդամները, հյուրերի հետ համատեղ, ստեղծել են «Ճախրուկ» փառատոնի խորհրդանշական կտավը։
