Լոռու մարզպետի ինչի՞ն է պետք PR-ը՝ էթիկայի խախտումներով

Լոռու մարզպետարանի պաշտոնական կայքից տեղեկանում ենք, որ մարզպետ Արթուր Նալբանդյանը, չնայած իր զբաղվածությանը, ներկա է գտնվել մի հարսանիքի, նվիրել թանկարժեք նվեր:
 
Եվ այսպես, ըստ Լոռու մարզպետարանի կայքի հրապարակած լուրի, մարզպետ Արթուր Նալբանդյանի կողմից օրեր առաջ անցկացված քաղաքացիների հերթական ընդունելության ժամանակ գյուղերից մեկի բնակիչ Ա. Խ.-ն, ով խնամատար ընտանիքի մայր է, մարզպետին ուրախությամբ հայտնել է, որ պատրաստվում է ամուսնացնել արդեն չափահաս դարձած, սակայն դեռեւս իր ընտանիքում ապրող տղային եւ մարզպետին հրավիրել է ներկա գտնվել հարսանյաց հանդեսին:
 
Քանի որ այս հարսանիքում ներկայացված անձանց պատմությունը ենթադրում է անձի տվյալների վերաբերյալ որոշակի գաղտնիության պահպանում, այդ պատճառով մանրամասները ներկայացնում ենք առանց համայնքի եւ քաղաքացիների անունները նշելու: Մարզի ղեկավարը ներկա է գտնվել հարսանյաց հանդեսին եւ, ըստ կայքի, նաեւ արժեքավոր նվեր է հանձնել նորապսակներին: Թե ինչ արժեքավոր նվերի մասին է խոսքը, ի՞նչ միջոցներից է այն՝ անձնակա՞ն, թե՞ պետական, մեզ չհաջողվեց պարզել: Նալբանդյանի հետ կապ հաստատելու մեր փորձերը հաջողություն չունեցան:
 
Փոխարենը այլ աղբյուրներից տեղեկացանք, որ Լոռու մարզպետի թանկարժեք նվերը եղել է դրամական պարգեւ, ինչպես նաեւ նա է հոգացել հարսանիքի երաժշտախմբի ու հանդիսավար-թամադայի ծախսերը: Ինչ վերաբերում է մարզպետարանի լրատվական ծառայության հրապարակած լուրի մյուս մասին՝ խնամատար մոր եւ որդեգրած որդու պատմությանը, ապա այստեղ լրագրողական էթիկայի խախտում է թույլ տրվել:
 
Ընդհանրապես, որդեգրման վերաբերյալ տվյալները պետք է գաղտնի պահվեն այն կրող անձանց կողմից: Սա օրենքի պահանջ է: Հակառակ դեպքում գաղտնիքը հրապարակող անձը կարող է քրեական պատասխանատվության ենթարկվել: Այն, որ խնամատար մայրը մարզպետին հայտնել է իր որդեգրած որդու հարսանիքի մասին, դա չի նշանակում, որ Լոռու մարզպետարանի լրատվական ծառայության լրագրողներն իրավունք ունեին դա հրապարակել: Բացի քրեական պատասխանատվությունից՝ սա նաեւ մասնագիտական էթիկայի հարց է, ինչն այս դեպքում խախտվել է:
 
Ընդհանրապես, կարելի էր այս իրադարձությունը չլուսաբանել, քանի որ, ըստ ամենայնի, մարզպետը երաժշտախմբի եւ թամադայի աշխատանքի դիմած վճարել է սեփական միջոցներից: Չէ՞ որ պետական բյուջեով նման ուղղություններով հատկացումներ սահմանված չեն: Աշխատակիցները, շտապելով Արթուր Նալբանդյանին ներկայացնել որպես որդեգրումն ու ընդհանրապես բարեսրտությունը խրախուսող պաշտոնյա, արդյունքում անզգուշաբար հրապարակել են նաեւ լուրի հերոսների անձնական տվյալները:
