Թագուհի Թովմասյանը դատի է տվել ՔՊ-ական Արթուր Հովհաննիսյանին

ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Թագուհի Թովմասյանը հայցադիմում է ներկայացրել «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության ղեկավար Արթուր Հովհաննիսյանի դեմ։ Այ դմասին տեղեկանում ենք DataLex տեղեկատվական համակարգից։
Թովմասյանը Արթուր Հովհաննիսյանից պահանջում է հրապարակային՝ տեսանյութի միջոցով ներողություն խնդրել իր վերաբերյալ վիրավորական արտահայտությունների համար, հերքել զրպարտություն հանդիսացող տվյալները։ Թագուհի Թովմասյանը պահանջում է Արթուր Հովհաննիսյանից բռնագանձել 9 մլն դրամ, որից 3 միլիոնը՝ որպես հասցված վիրավորանքի համար ոչ նյութական վնասի փոխհատուցում, 6 միլիոնը՝ որպես զրպարտության համար ոչ նյութական վնասի փոխհատուցում։
Հովհաննիսյանը պետք է հրապարակավ հայտարարի հետևյալ տեքստը․ «Ես՝ ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի ութերորդ գումարման պատգամավոր, ՔՊ խմբակցության քարտուղար Արթուր Ղարիբի Հովհաննիսյանս, ներողություն եմ խնդրում Թագուհի Մանվելի Թովմասյանից 2025 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 8-ին նրան «անբարո» անվանելու, Թագուհի Մանվելի Թովմասյանին ուղղված հետևյալ բովանդակությամբ առաջարկի համար, այն է ՝ «թող ամեն օր սեռավարակի թեստ հանձնի, ու կհասկանանք՝ չորս հատ տունը իրեն որտեղից», ինչպես նաև «կին ա, թող իրան կնոջ պես պահի, թե չէ էդ թեստն էլ կդնեմ կասկածի տակ՝ իրա սեռային պատկանելիության» արտահայտության համար: Իսկ հերքում Թովմասյանը պահանջում է Հովհաննիսյանի այն հայտարարության համար, թե ինքը Հյուսիսային պողոտայում չորս տուն է գնել՝ լինելով հասարակ լրագրող։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, Թովմասյանը պահանջում է փոխհատուցում՝ 9 մլն դրամի չափով, որից 3 մլն դրամը՝ որպես հասցված վիրավորանքի համար ոչ նյութական վնասի փոխհատուցում, իսկ 6 մլն-ը՝ որպես զրպարտության համար ոչ նյութական վնասի փոխհատուցում։
