Եկեք` կարճի մեր մի բան բացատրեմ, ինչը լայն զանգվածները չեն հասկացել։ Նայեք` եթե պետությունը քաղաքացու առաջ կատարում է իր հիմնական գործառությունը, այն է` ապահովում է անվտանգությունը եւ բարգավաճումը, ապա մարդիկ էլ հենց իրենց շահերից ելնելով ամեն գնով շահագրգռված պաշտպանում են այդ պետությունը։ Ով ասի կամ չասի, մարդիկ վիզ են դնելու նման պետության համար, ինչպես Շվեյցարիայում։ Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է քաղաքական վերլուծաբան Արգիշտի Կիվիրյանը։

«Իսկ եթե պետությունը համառորեն չի իրականացնում իր այդ գործառույթները, սկսում է մարդկանց մեջ քարոզել եւ ներդնել այսպես կոչված հայրենասիրություն, որ մարդիկ առանց հարցեր տալու կուրորեն որպես գործիք ծառայեն ու զոհաբերվեն հանուն մի պետության, որը իր հերթին իրենց ոչինչ չի տալիս, մենակ քամում ա հասարակության հյութերը։ Իսկ որպեսզի այս ամենը լայն զանգվածները չընկալեն ու պետությանը անհարմար հարցեր չտան, այդ լայն զանգվածներին պետք ա մշտապես պահել անգրագետ վիճակում, քանի որ գրագետ մարդուն նման պրիմիտիվ սխեմաներով չես շահագործի։

Այնպես որ սա դասական աքսիոմ ա, որ երբ պետությունը բոլորին փորձում ա սարքել անգրագետ ու հայրենասեր, ապա նշանակում ա, որ ոչ միայն չի կատարում, այլեւ ցանկություն չունի կատարելու քաղաքացիների առաջ իր հիմնական գործառույթները։ Ընդ որում, եթե ուշադիր նայեք, նույն Նիկոլը ողջ օրը քարոզում ա հայրենասիրություն, ուղղակի նա  դա հակադրում է ազգայնականությանը՝ դաշտ նետելով «սուվերեն հայրենասիրության» մոդելը, որը հակադրում է նախկիններին «ազգայնական հայրենասիրության» մոդելին։ Բայց երկու դեպքում էլ գործում է զանգվածներին մոլորեցնելու ու այդ կերպ կառավարելու նույն սխեման...

P.s. Ընդ որում այդ նույն մոդելը գործում է նաեւ պետություն-կուսակցությունների պարագայում, օրինակ Դաշնակցության։ Այս մոդելի պարագայում ա ու կարողանում են հա’մ փող հավաքել, հա’մ էլ կուրորեն շահագործել շարքերին՝ պատասխանատվություն չկրելով ոչնչի համար...»,- գրել է նա։
