Կենսաթոշակները 3000-3500 դրամով կարող են բարձրանալ. անկանխիկ առևտրից հետվճարի չափը կդառնա 20 տոկոս

Հայաստանում կենսաթոշակառուներին և նպաստառուներին անկանխիկ առևտրից տրվող հետվճարի չափը 12 տոկոսից կդառնա 20 տոկոս՝ հնարավորություն ընձեռելով 3000-3500 դրամի չափով բարձրացում ապահովել: Այս մասին ԱԺ-կառավարություն հարցուպատասխանին ասել է ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանը:
«Մենք 2026թ հունվարի 1-ից հետվճարի սահմանաչափերը վերանայելու ենք դեպի վերև: Այսօր գործող 12 տոկոսի փոխարեն մենք այն սահմանելու ենք 20 տոկոսի չափով, որը միջինում կենսաթոշակները բարձրացնելու է մոտավորապես 3000–3500 դրամի սահմաններում: Միջին հետվճարը 12 տոկոսի պայմաններում մոտ 4000 դրամ է: Կենսաթոշակ և նպաստ ստացող քաղաքացիները կարող են ինքնուրույն, կատարելով անկանխիկ առևտուր, բարձրացնել իրենց կենսաթոշակներն ու նպաստները»,–ասել է Թորոսյանը:
Նրա կարծիքով՝ սա 2026 թվականին շատ կարևոր ձեռքբերում է լինելու պետության ու բոլոր կենսաթոշակառուների, նպաստառուների համար: Նախարարը ևս մեկ անգամ կոչ է արել կենսաթոշակն ու նպաստը չկանխիկացնել, այլ առևտուրն անել անկանխիկ:
2024-ի սեպտեմբերի 1-ից կենսաթոշակի և նպաստի հետվճարի ծրագրից օգտվող քաղաքացիներին հնարավորություն էր տրվել ապրանքների և (կամ) ծառայությունների ձեռքբերման դիմաց անկանխիկ վճարումներից ստանալ ավելի մեծ չափով հետվճար։
Անկանխիկ վճարումների դեպքում հետվճարի չափը սահմանվել էր 12 %` նախկին 10%-ի փոխարեն, իսկ հետվճարի առավելագույն չափը՝ 6000 դրամ՝ նախկին 5000 դրամի փոխարեն։
