Հոկտեմբերի 6-ից հնարավոր կլինի ներկայացնել ՀՀ քաղաքացիության ստացման/դադարեցման նախնական հայտ

Թվայնացվելու են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիություն ստանալու և քաղաքացիությունը դադարեցնելու գործընթացները․ 2026 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից դիմումների ընդունումն ու հերթագրումը կիրականացվի բացառապես քաղաքացիության գործերի նոր էլեկտրոնային համակարգի միջոցով։ Այս ամսին հայտնում են ՆԳՆ-ից:
Հերթագրման համակարգում հնարավոր կուտակումներից խուսափելու նպատակով 2025 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 6-ից ՆԳՆ Միգրացիայի և քաղաքացիության ծառայությունը նախագործարկելու է քաղաքացիության նոր համակարգը՝ https://mcs-citizenship.am։
Վարչարարության որոշակի փուլում դիմումատուներից կպահանջվի մեկ անգամ մոտենալ Միգրացիայի և քաղաքացիության ծառայության գրասենյակ՝ ֆիզիկական նույնականացում անցնելու և բնօրինակ փաստաթղթերի ստուգման նպատակով։
Հոկտեմբերի 6-ից սկսած՝ դիմումատուները հնարավորություն կունենան․
առցանց գրանցվել հարթակում.
ստեղծել, խմբագրել և ներկայացնել ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն ստանալու կամ դադարեցնելու նախնական հայտ.
ամրագրել Միգրացիայի և քաղաքացիության ծառայություն այցելության օր՝ ոչ շուտ, քան 2026 թվականի հունվարի 22-ը։
Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիները նոր համակարգում գրանցվելու են բացառապես «ԵսԵմ» ազգային նույնականացման հարթակի միջոցով, ինչի համար անհրաժեշտ է նույնականացման քարտ և mID էլեկտրոնային թվային ստորագրություն։
Օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիները, փախստականի կարգավիճակ ունեցող և քաղաքացիություն չունեցող անձինք գրանցվելու են ըստ ցանկության՝ խիստ նույնականացմամբ կամ էլեկտրոնային փոստի վավերացմամբ՝ կցելով ճամփորդական փաստաթղթի լուսապատճենը։
Նախնական հայտի ներկայացումից հետո անհրաժեշտ է կատարել պետական տուրքի վճարում՝ ոչ ուշ, քան ընտրված այցելության օրվանից 10 օր առաջ։ Վճարումը չկատարելու դեպքում ամրագրած օրը չեղարկվում է։
Այցելության օրը դիմումատուները ներկայացնում են հայտում նշված փաստաթղթերի բնօրինակը և, կախված դիմումի տեսակից, անցնում են հայոց լեզվի և ՀՀ Սահմանադրության թեստ։
