SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով սեպտեմբերի 29-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Ժամը 10։45-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Կենտրոնական բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ Երևանի կենտրոնում ավտոմեքենաների համարանիշներ են գողացել և վերադարձնելու համար պահանջել գումար։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնի ծառայողներին Երևանի բնակիչ 73-ամյա Նիկոլայ Մ․-ն հայտնել է, որ սեպտեմբերի 28-ի ժամը 20։00-ից մինչև սեպտեմբերի 29-ի ժամը․10։00-ն ընկաժ ժամանակահատվածում անհայտ անձը Եկմալյան 16 հասցեի բակից հափշտակել է նշված հասցեում կայանված իրեն պատկանող «Changan» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի ռուսական 2 համարանիշները՝ դիմապակուն թողնելով «VIPNOMER01» տելեգրամյան ալիքի հղում, ինչից հետո Նիկոլայ Մ․-ն վճարել է պահանջվող գումար և ալիքը տնօրինողը հայտնել է համարանիշների գտնվելու վայրը, որտեղից էլ ինքը գտել է համարանիշները։

Ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնի ծառայողները պարզել են, որ նշված արարքը կատարել է Երևանի բնակիչ 36-ամյա Էրիկ Բոզոյանը, ով նույն եղանակով հափշտակել է նաև Երևանի բնակիչ 42-ամյա Ռաֆայել Կ․-ին պատկանող «BMW» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի ռուսական համարանիշը, Պուշկին 43 հասցեի մոտից Երևանի բնակիչ 31-ամյա Արտեմ Ա․-ի «Mercedes» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի  համարանիշները՝ կրկին թողնելով նշված հղումը։

Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով Մաշտոց 21Ա հասցեի հարակից տարածքում ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել է Արտեմ Ա․-ի նշված համարանիշները, ինչպես նաև Տավուշի մարզի բնակիչ 33-ամյա Արմեն  Բ․-ի ավտոմեքենայի ռուսական համարանիշները, Երևանի բնակիչ 51-ամյա Արման  Թ․-ի ավտոմեքենայի և 36-ամյա Նարեկ Ն․-ի ավտոմեքենայի ռուսական համարանիշները։

Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին։
