Հայաստանը չպետք է մնա Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության «թույլ օղակը»։ Ճիշտ ռազմավարությամբ այն ​​կարող է դառնալ եվրասիական ինտեգրման կարևոր լոգիստիկ և արտադրական կենտրոն, որը կարող է անմիջականորեն ազդել ՀՆԱ-ի աճի վրա և նվազեցնել հայ երիտասարդության շրջանում գործազրկությունը։ Այս մասին «СМИ2» լրատվամիջոցի հետ զրույցում հայտարարել է Տյումենի հայկական համայնքի ղեկավար Աբրահամ Հովեյանը։

Հայտնի հայ գործարար և բարերար Աբրահամ Հովեյանն ուշադրություն է հրավիրել սեպտեմբերի 30-ին Եվրասիական միջկառավարական խորհրդի նիստում Ռուսաստանի վարչապետ Միխայիլ Միշուստինի այն հայտարարության վրա, որ կեղծարարությունից պաշտպանվելու համար պետք է ուժեղացնել արտադրանքի որակի վերահսկողությունը։

Հովեյանի խոսքով՝ հայկական բիզնեսներն արդեն իսկ այսօր պետք է ներդրումներ կատարեն արտադրական հզորությունների մեջ և բարելավեն որակի վերահսկողությունը՝ ԵԱՏՄ-ի խոստումնալից շուկաներում իրենց դիրքերը պահպանելու համար։

Նա նշել է, որ այս պայմաններում անհրաժեշտ է ամրապնդել Հայաստանի համագործակցությունը Մաքսային միության հետ՝ հիմնականում լոգիստիկայի, բուսասանիտարական վերահսկողության, արտադրանքի ստանդարտացման և կեղծարարության դեմ պայքարի ոլորտներում։

«Այսօր Հայաստանի տնտեսությունում նկատվում են երկու մտահոգիչ միտումներ՝ արդյունաբերական արտադրության անկում և հայ-ռուսական առևտրի կտրուկ նվազեցում։ Չնայած 2022-2024 թվականներին ՀՆԱ-ի տպավորիչ աճին և ռեկորդային արտահանմանը, որը մեծ մասամբ ձեռք է բերվել Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցների ճնշման պայմաններում Հայաստանի՝ որպես լոգիստիկ կամուրջ դերի շնորհիվ,  ներկայումս տեսնում ենք այս ոլորտում համակարգված անկում։ Անհրաժեշտ է վերադառնալ Ռուսաստանի և ԵԱՏՄ մյուս անդամների հետ փոխշահավետ գործընկերության ուղուն։ Սա միակ միջոցն է Հայաստանում երկարաժամկետ կայունություն և տնտեսական աճ ապահովելու համար», - ասել է Աբրահամ Հովեյանը։

«Իհարկե, առանցքային լուծումը, որ կարող է վերացնել Հայաստանի մեկուսացումը և ստեղծել Մաքսային միության համար անխափան տարածքային սահման, Վրաստանի անդամակցությունն է ԵԱՏՄ-ին։

 Սա պրագմատիկ լոգիստիկ անհրաժեշտություն է։ Վրաստանն ունի զարգացած նավահանգստային ենթակառուցվածքներ, երկաթուղային և ճանապարհային միջանցքներ, և նրա մասնակցությունը միությանը թույլ կտա ստեղծել ժամանակակից տարանցիկ հանգույցներ, որոնք օգտակար կլինեն ինչպես Հայաստանի, այնպես էլ Վրաստանի համար։ Նման հանգույցները կամրապնդեն ամբողջ տարածաշրջանի տնտեսական դիմադրողականությունը, կգրավեն ներդրումներ և կնվազեցնեն կախվածությունը արտաքին աշխարհաքաղաքական խաղացողներից։ Սակայն, ինչպես ասում են, սա քաղաքական հարց է, և այստեղ որոշումը կայացնում է վրաց ժողովուրդը և նրա ընտրած կառավարությունը», - իր գնահատականով կիսվել է Հովեյանը։
