Հոկտեմբերի 1-ին խուլիգանության դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Ժամը 18:20-ի սահմաններում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Մամիկոնյանց փողոցի 52 հասցեում գործող Երևանի Ինֆորմատիկայի պետական քոլեջի տարածքում խուլիգանություն է տեղի ունեցել և կա տուժած քաղաքացի։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, տեղում պարզվել է, որ տեղեկությունը հավաստի է ու ճշտվել է, որ ժամը 17:35-ի սահմաններում մի խումբ երիտասարդներ նշված քոլեջի մուտքի դիմացի հատվածում հասարակության նկատմամբ բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք են ցուցաբերել և ծեծի են ենթարկել նշված քոլեջի ուսանողներից մեկին։
Մինչ ոստիկանները պարզում էին ծեծի ենթարկվածի ինքնությունը, Հերացու անվան թիվ 1 համալսարանական հիվանդանոցից ահազանգ է ստացվում ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժին, որ Երևանի 103 շտապօգնության բժիշկների հերթապահ խումբը նշված քոլեջի մոտից «ԳՈւՎ» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխել մի քաղաքացու։
Արաբկիրի ոստիկանները պարզում են, որ նա Երևանի բնակիչ 18-ամյա Անդրանիկ Ա.-ն է, ով հիվանդանոցում բժիշկներին հայտնել է, որ ինքը նշված քոլեջի աստիճանների վրա վայր է ընկել, սակայն Արաբկիրի ոստիկանները օպերատիվ տեղեկություններով պարզել են, որ Անդրանիկ Ա.-ի ասածը իրականությանը չի համապատասխանում. նրան ծեծի են ենթարկել մի խումբ անձինք։
Ոստիկանությունը ձեռնարկում է անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ նշված անձանց ինքնությունը ճշտելու, նրանց հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
