Հնդկաստանի քաղաքացի, Հարյանայի բնակիչ Վասիմ Աքրամի ձերբակալությունը բացահայտում է, թե ինչպես է Հնդկաստանում Պակիստանի բարձր հանձնաժողովի վիզային բաժինն, իբր, օգտագործվում լրտեսության համար, տեղեկացրել է Hindustan Times-ը։
Հարյանայի Փալվալ քաղաքի քաղաքացի Աքրամը ձերբակալվել է առաքելության պաշտոնյա Ջաֆարի, այսինքն՝ Մուզամաել Հուսեյնի հետ համագործակցելու մեղադրանքով, որը կաշառք էր պահանջել վիզաների գրասենյակի միջոցով եւ խոստացել էր վիզայի օգնություն՝ ծառայությունների դիմաց։
Պատմությունը սկսվել է այն ժամանակ, երբ Վասիմը դիմել է վիզա ստանալու՝ Պակիստանի Կասուր քաղաքում գտնվող հարազատներին այցելելու համար։ Սկզբում նրան մերժել են, բայց ավելի ուշ՝ 20 000 ռուփի կաշառք տալուց հետո, վիզան տրամադրվել է։ Ուղեւորությունից վերադառնալուց հետո նա WhatsApp-ի միջոցով կապ է պահպանել պաշտոնյայի հետ՝ ստանալով SIM քարտեր, տվյալներ, երբեմն միանգամյա գաղտնաբառեր (OTP) եւ գումար փոխանցելու հրահանգներ՝ որպես խոստացված միջնորդավճար։ Աքրամը, իբր, տեղեկություններ է փոխանցել, այդ թվում՝ տեղեկություններ Հնդկաստանի բանակի զինծառայողների մասին։
Այս «Փալվալ մոդուլը» եզակի չէ. նմանատիպ դեպքերում՝ Մալերկոտլայում եւ Նուհում, արդեն բացահայտվել են Պակիստանի առաքելության վիզաների բաժնի հետ կապված գործողություններ։
Դրանցից մեկը «Սինդուր» գործողությունն էր, որի ընթացքում Դանիշ անունով հայտնի պաշտոնյան վիզաներ էր խոստանում եւ փոքր գումարներ էր վճարում տեղի բնակիչներին՝ գաղտնի կամ «զգայուն» տեղեկատվություն տրամադրելու համար։
Այս գործողություններում մեղադրվող երկու անձինք՝ Դանիշը եւ Ջաֆարը, Հնդկաստանի կառավարության կողմից հայտարարվել են անցանկալի անձ՝ նրանց գործողությունների մանրամասների հայտնի դառնալուց հետո։
