Պաշտոնական Մոսկվան զարմացած է սիրիական ողջ պատմության ընթացքում Գերմանիայի կողմից Թուրքիային ցուցաբերվող անվերապահ աջակցությունից, միաժամանակ, ՌԴ-ն համարվում է տեղի ունեցածի գլխավոր մեղավորը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այդ մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը:
«Ինչ վերաբերում է Թուրքիային, ապա մեզ զարմացրել է սիրիական ողջ պատմության ընթացքում Անկարային ցուցաբերվող անվերապահ աջակցությունը, ինչի մասին հնչեցրել է այդ երկիր այցելած Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելը: Միաժամանակ, տեղի ունեցածի գլխավոր մեղավոր է ճանաչվել Ռուսաստանը, քանի որ նրա օդատիեզերական ուժերի հարվածներից բազմապատկվում է փախստականների հոսքը»,- ասել է Ռուսաստանի ԱԳ նախարարը` «Մոսկովսկի կոմսոմոլեց»-ին տված հարցազրույցում:
Նրա խոսքով` «որևէ խոսք չի ասվել, առնվազն հրապարակայնորեն, ակնհայտ փաստերի մասին. Սիրիայում ահաբեկչական սպառնալիքը սնվում է թուրքական սահմանի երկու ուղղություններով` մաքսանենգության միջոցով»:
«Այնտեղ` զինյալներ, զինամթերք, փող և ահաբեկչական գործունեությունը շարունակելու համար անհրաժեշտ այլ առարկաներ: Իսկ այնտեղից` նավթ և կոմերցիոն գործարքների համար արգելված այլ ապրանքներ»:
