Գաղտնիք չէ, որ մեր մաշկը, հատկապես այն հատվածները, որոնք միշտ շփվում են արտաքին միջավայրի հետ, առանձնահատուկ խնամքի կարիք ունի: 

Այդ խնամքը պետք է կրկնակի լինի հատկապես ձմեռային և ամառային եղանակներին: Ամռանը հատուկ ուշադրություն է պետք դարձնել դեմքին, քանի որ այն արևի ճառագայթներից վնասվելու ռիսկի տակ է գտնվում:

Այսպիսով ձեզ ենք ներկայացնում կոսմետոլոգների մի քանի խորհուրդներ, թե ինչպես է պետք հարդարվել ամռան շոգ ամիսներին:

Ամառային շոգ եղանակին մասնագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս խուսափել արեւի տակ շատ մնալուց, որպեսզի այրվածքներ չստանաք եւ վնաս չպատճառեք առողջությանը: Սա վերաբերում է նաեւ մեր դեմքին:

Ամառային բարձր ջերմաստիճանի ներքո ծանր կոսմետիկան կարող է վնասակար հետևանքներ թողնել մաշկի համար, ուստի մասնագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս առհասարակ այս ամիսներին խուսափել կոսմետիկ միջոցներից, դիմահարդարումից:

Մեր մաշկը շնչելու և նյութափոխանակության կարիք ունի:

Ըստ nyus.am-ի` դիմահարդար Սոֆա Աղալոյանը խորհուրդ չի տալիս աղջիկներին չափից դուրս շատ կոսմետիկա օգտագործել առօրյայում, սակայն եթե խնջույքի են մասնակցում կամ որեւէ այլ երեկոյի, ապա միայն օրվա այդ ժամանակահատվածի համար կարող են շքեղ շպար անել:

Ամառային դիմահարդարման մեջ մասնագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս օգտագործել շրթներկի երկու երանգ` վառ վարդագույն եւ դեղձագույն:

Նրանք խորհուրդ են տալիս նաեւ օգտագործել համեմատաբար թեթեւ տոնային քսուկ կամ դիմափոշի:

Պարտադիր է քնելուց առաջ կամ եթե հնարավոր է` ավելի շուտ, անպայման լվանալ դեմքը` կոսմետիկան մաքրող հատուկ միջոցներով, այլապես հետևանքները կարող են ծանր լինել դեմքի և արտաքին տեսքի համար:
