ՀՀ միջին մասնագիտական կրթության համակարգում ներդրվելու է եվրոպական փորձը

ՀՀ կառավարությունն ընթացիկ տարում իրականացնելու է նախնական (արհեստագործական) և միջին մասնագիտական կրթության համակարգի զարգացմանն ու եվրոպական մասնագիտական կրթական տարածքինինտեգրմանն ուղղված ծրագրեր: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այդ ուղղությամբ աշխատանքների իրականացումն ընդգրկված է կառավարությա ն 2016 թվականի գերակա ծրագրերի թվում:

Ըստ ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության, նախնական (արհեստագործական) և միջին մասնագիտական կրթության ոլորտում իրականացվող բարեփոխումներն ուղղված ենոլորտի զարգացմանը, կրթության որակի շարունակական բարելավմանն ու ապահովմանը,քաղաքացիների` կրթություն ստանալու համար հավասար պայմանների և իրավունքների ապահովմանը, ինչպես նաև կառավարման համակարգի արդյունավետության բարձրացմանը:Նախարարությունը գտնում է, որ համակարգի արդյունավետ գործառու­թյան, առավել ևս անխոչ­ընդոտ զարգացման ապա­հովման համար անհրաժեշտ է կա­ռավարման հա­մարժե ք համակարգի առկայություն:

«Արտերկրում ձեռնարկատիրական կրթության կարևորությունը վաղուց արդեն գիտակցված է և հատուկ հոգածության առարկա է դարձել պետությունների կողմից: Ձեռնարկատիրական կրթությունը բավականին հաջող ներդրված է եվրոպական գրեթե բոլոր երկրների կրթական համակարգերում, և այդ երկրներում դեռևս ուշադրություն է դարձվում նշված ոլորտի բարելավմանն ու կատարելագործմանը: Յուրաքանչյուր երկրի տնտեսական աճի ապահովման, կայուն զարգացման և մրցունակության հիմքում ընկած է փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկատիրության ոլորտի զարգացումը, որի համար կարևոր խթան է հանդիսանում ձեռարկատիրական կրթության իրականացումը»,- նշված է հիմնավորման մեջ:

Ակնկալվում է, որ համակարգում կառավարման արդյունավետության բարձրացումըկնպաստի կառավարման թափանցիկության, հրապարակայնության և որակի ապահովմանը, արհեստագործական և միջին մասնագիտական ուսումնական հաստատությունների տնօրենների, փոխտնօրենների և ադմինիստրատիվ օղակների աշխատակիցներիկառավարչական ունակությունների բարելավմանը, կարողությունների հզորացմանը ևհմտությունների կատարելագործմանը: Ըստ ԿԳՆ-ի, ձեռնարկատիրական կրթության

իրականացումը կարևոր խթան կհանդիսանա փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկատիրության ոլորտիզարգացման համար, կձևավորի անձի մոտ ձեռներեցության հմտություններ: Ձեռնարկատիրական կրթության և ուսուցման իրականացման շնորհիվ կստեղծվի հնարավորություն ձեռք բերել գիտելիքներ կարիերայի հնարավորությունների, բիզնեսի կազմակերպման և բիզնես գործընթացների վերաբերյալ, տնտեսական և ֆինանսական գրագիտություն, աշխատաշուկայի վերաբերյալ պատկերացում:
