Ժամանակակից աշխարհը պահանջում է կանանցից հնարավորինս շատ ջանքեր՝ գեղեցիկ լինելու համար։ Որոնք են այն կանոնները, որոնք պարտադիր պետք է հետեւեն կանայք՝ խնամված տեսք ունենալու համար։
1, Մաքուր մազերը՝ հաջողության գրավական 21-րդ դարում պարզապես ամոթ է կեղտոտ մազերով դուրս գալը։ Գոնե 2 օրը մեկ լվացեք ու հարդարեք մազերը։
 
2, Ծաղրածու մի վերածվեք Դեմքը յուրաքանչյուր կնոջ այցեքարտն է, եւ դրա խնամքը ժամանակ, ջանքեր եւ գումար է պահանջում։ Բայց մի անցեք չափը եւ մի վերածվեք ծաղրածուի։ Զույս եղեք կոսմետիկ միջոցներ օգտագործելիս։ Առօրյայում վառ գույնի դիմահարդարում մի օգտագործեք։
 
3, Հետեւեք եղունգներին Խնամված տեսք ունենալու համար կարեւոր է եղունգների խնամքը։ Ժամանկ գտեք՝ խնամելու դրանք, սակայն մի անցեք չափը եւ վառ գույների եղունգների ներկ մի օգտագործեք, հատկապես՝ առօրյա կյանքում։
 
4, Խուսափեք վագրային պրինտից Շուկան ողողված է վագրային պրինտով հագուստով, սակայն փորձեք խոսւափել դրանցից։ Ավելի թեթեւ պրինտ ընտրեք՝ նուրբ ծաղիկներ, գեղեցիկ գույներ, բայց մի մտեք «վագրի մաշկի մեջ»։
 
5, Կրունկներ հագեք Ոտքերը երկարացնել անհնար է, սակայն դրանց երկար տեսք տալ՝ հնարավոր։ Կօգնեն կրունկները։ Կրունկները բոլոր կանանց էլեգանտ տեսք են հաղորդում, կարող եք ընտրել հարմարավետ, թեկուզ փոքր, բայց կրունկով կոշիկներ՝ ամեն օր հագնելու համար։
 
6, Ճիշտ օծանելիք ընտրեք Օծանելիքի բույրը, որ ձգվում է տնից մինչեւ աշխատավայր, կարող է անգամ ուշագնացության հասցնել, եթե լավ օծանելիք չէ, եւ հակառակը, կարող է գրավել բազմաթիվ մարդկանց, եթե այն ճիշտ է ընտրված։ Եթե քաղցր հոտի կողմնակից եք, ձեզ վրա այն շատ մի լցրեք, թեթեւ լցրած օծանելիքն էլ հաճելի բուրում է։
 
7, Վստահ եղեք ու ժպտացեք Գեղեցիկ ժպիտը բազմաթիվ սրտեր կարող է գերել։ Դրա համար անհրաժեշտ է խնամել ատամները, մաքուր պահել դրանք։ Եւ կնոջ համար ամենակարեւոր գրավականն ինքնավստահ լինելն է։ Ինքնավստահ եւ գեղեցիկ եղեք, եւ մարդկանց հաճելի կլինի շփվել ձեզ հետ կամ պարզապես նայել ձեզ։
