ԵՄ-ում գործելու է մուտքի/ելքի նոր համակարգ. մանրամասներ

Եվրոպական Միության կողմից ներդրվում է նոր Մուտքի/ելքի համակարգ (Entry/Exit System – EES), որը կսկսի գործել 2025թ. հոկտեմբերի 12-ից։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում են ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ից:
Նոր համակարգի նպատակն է ամրապնդել Շենգենյան գոտու արտաքին սահմանների վերահսկողությունը, բարձրացնել անվտանգությունը և պարզեցնել գործընթացները ոչ ԵՄ երկրների քաղաքացիների համար։
Ինչ պետք է իմանան Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիները
Ո՞ւմ է վերաբերում – Նոր համակարգը վերաբերում է բոլոր այն քաղաքացիներին, ովքեր չեն հանդիսանում ԵՄ կամ Շենգենյան գոտու անդամ պետության քաղաքացի, այդ թվում՝ ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին։
Ի՞նչ է փոխվում – Սահմանային անցակետերում ԵՄ և Շենգենյան գոտու պետությունները կգրանցեն յուրաքանչյուր մուտք և ելք՝ փոխարինելով ներկայիս անձնագրում դրոշմակնիքների դնելու գործելակերպը։
Գրանցվող տվյալները.
– Անձնական տվյալներ (անուն, ազգանուն, քաղաքացիություն և այլն),
– Ճամփորդական փաստաթղթի տվյալներ,
– Մուտքի և ելքի ամսաթիվ ու վայր,
– Կենսաչափական տվյալներ՝ մատնահետք և դեմքի լուսանկարում։
Վավերականության վերահսկում – Համակարգը ավտոմատ կերպով կվերահսկի, թե արդյոք թույլատրելի է տվյալ անձի մուտքը, և արդյոք չի գերազանցվել Շենգենյան գոտում կարճաժամկետ մնալու «90 օր՝ յուրաքանչյուր 180 օր ժամանակահատվածում» կանոնը։
Որտե՞ղ է գործելու. Համակարգը կգործի բոլոր արտաքին սահմանային անցակետերում՝ օդանավակայաններում, ծովային նավահանգիստներում և ցամաքային սահմանային անցակետերում։
Ինչպե՞ս պատրաստվել. Ճանապարհորդները պետք է պատրաստ լինեն կենսաչափական տվյալների (մատնահետք, լուսանկարում) տրամադրմանը և սահմանին ստուգման ավելի երկար տևող ժամանակահատվածին՝ հատկապես առաջին անգամ մուտք գործելիս։
EES-ը ԵՄ լայնածավալ թվային սահմանային կառավարման համակարգ է, որը մշակվել է միգրացիոն գործընթացների թափանցիկության և անվտանգության բարձրացման նպատակով։ Համակարգի մասին ավելի մանրամասն տեղեկատվություն հասանելի է հետևյալ հղումով:
