Սիլիկյան թաղամասում կնոջը մահակով ծեծելու և անչափահաս որդուն հետապնդելու դեպքի առթիվ ձերբակալվել է 3 անձ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչության Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ Սիլիկյան թաղամասում զենքի կամ որպես զենք օգտագործվող առարկաների գործադրմամբ խուլիգանություն կատարելու դեպքի առիթի՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով: Երեք անձ ձերբակալվել է։
Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից։
Հուլիսի 9-ին` ժամը 14:30-ին, ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն ահազանգ է ստացվել Սիլիկյան թաղամասի բնակչուհուց, որ համագյուղացի Կառլեն Մարտիրոսյանն իրենց տան բակում փայտով հարվածել է իրեն և պատճառել ֆիզիկական ցավ, որից հետո Կ. Մարտիրոսյանը, Հրանտ, Հրաչ, Աշոտ Մարտիրոսյանները հետապնդել են իր անչափահաս որդուն, հայհոյել, երկաթյա և փայտյա մահակներով դիտավորությամբ վնասել իր ավտոմեքենան։
Ահազանգի հիման վրա նախապատրաստված նյութերով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ և ձեռնարկվել անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի և օբյեկտիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։
Նախնական քննության արդյունքներով՝ 2015թ. հուլիսի 9-ին՝ ժամը 13:30-ի սահմաններում, Երևան քաղաքի Սիլիկյան թաղամասի բնակիչներ Աշոտ, Հրաչյա, Հրանտ Կառլենի Մարտիրոսյանները և Կառլեն Հրաչյայի Մարտիրոսյանը, հասարակության անդամների նկատմամբ բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք դրսևորելով, հասարակական վայրում վարքագծի կանոնները ցուցադրական կերպով անտեսելով, սեփական անձի առավելությունն ընդգծելու մոլուցքով տարված, Երևան քաղաքի Սիլիկյան 3-րդ թաղամասի տներից մեկի բակում շուրջ 20 րոպե տևողությամբ հնչեցրել են հայհոյանքներ, որպես զենք օգտագործվող մահակով հարվածել նույն տան բնակչուհի Մարինա Ավետիսյանի որովայնին, ապա մահակով հարվածել վերջինիս անչափահաս որդու կողմից վարվող «ՎԱԶ 2109» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի դիմապակուն։
Քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ անչափահաս տղան ավտոմեքենայով փորձել է դիմել փախուստի, ում հետապնդել են, կանգնեցրել ավտոմեքենան և մահակներով դիտավորությամբ հարվածել ավտոմեքենային։
Ձեռնարկված քննչական և դատավարական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է կատարված հանցագործության շարժառիթը: Շարունակվում է քննություն իրականացնել՝ մասնակիցներից յուրաքանչյուրի գործողություններն անհատականացնելու և համապատասխան իրավական գնահատական տալու ուղղությամբ։
Քրեական գործի շրջանակներում հուլիսի 9-ին երեք անձ՝ Աշոտ, Հրաչյա և Հրանտ Կառլենի Մարտիրոսյանները ձերբակալվել են:
10.07.2015թ. որոշում է կայացվել՝ Կառլեն Հրաչյայի Մարտիրոսյանին ձերբակալելու մասին, որի կատարումը հանձնարարվել է ոստիկանության Մաշտոցի բաժնի աշխատակիցներին:
