Ռուսաց լեզվի պահպանումը Հայաստանում և ավանդույթների փոխանցումը նոր սերունդներին վիթխարի նշանակություն ունի։ Երևանի Ռուսական տանը Ուսուցչի օրվան նվիրված համերգի ժամանակ հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինը։
«Լեզուն քաղաքակրթության հիմքն է,- նշել է դեսպանը։ -Ռուսաց լեզվի պահպանումը Հայաստանում և ավանդույթների փոխանցումը նոր սերունդներին վիթխարի նշանակություն ունի։ Ռուսաստանը մեծ նշանակություն է տալիս ձեր աշխատանքին»,- դիմելով ուսուցիչներին՝ ընդգծել է Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինը։
Դեսպանը հիշեցրել է, որ Ռուսաստանի նախագահի «Պետական լեզվական քաղաքականության հիմունքների մասին» հրամանագրում ամրագրված է ռուսաց լեզվի մասնագիտացմամբ ուսուցիչներին աջակցելու և ռուսաց լեզվի մասնագետների կադրային ռեզերվ ստեղծելու մասին դրույթը։
Դիվանագետը նշել է, որ պետական լեզվական քաղաքականությունը ներառում է արտասահմանում ուսուցիչների վերապատրաստման, աջակցության և մասնագիտական զարգացման խթանման միջոցառումներ՝ Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի միջև մարդասիրական կապերի և բարեկամության ամրապնդմանը նպաստող կարևոր և ազնիվ առաքելություն։
Россотрудничество-ի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի ղեկավար Վադիմ Ֆեֆիլովն ընդգծել է ուսուցիչների ներդրումը ռուսաց լեզվի զարգացման գործում։ Նա նշել է, որ ռուսերեն միշտ հնչելու է Երևանում և Հայաստանի մյուս քաղաքներում։
