Ուզբեկստանում որոշել են ազատել 2000 պաշտոնյայի և նրանց փոխարինել արհեստական բանականությամբ

Ուզբեկստանի իշխանությունները մտադիր են մինչև հոկտեմբերի վերջ ազատել ավելի քան 2000 պաշտոնյայի՝ կառավարության ապարատում արհեստական բանականության համակարգերի ներդրման արդյունքում։ Դա բխում է նախագահ Շավքաթ Միրզիյոևի ստորագրած «Հանրապետական գործադիր մարմինների գործունեության մեջ թվայնացման լայնածավալ ներդրման միջոցով վարչական պաշտոնների քանակը օպտիմալացնելու միջոցառումների մասին» հրամանագրից, որը հրապարակվել է ազգային օրենսդրության տվյալների բազայում։
Ըստ փաստաթղթի՝ հանրապետության գործադիր մարմիններում կվերացվի 2141 պաշտոն։ Աշխատատեղերի ամենախոշոր կրճատումներ կանեն Ուզբեկստանի հարկային կոմիտեում՝ 498 պաշտոն։ Ջրային ռեսուրսների նախարարությունը կզրկվի 224, գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությունը՝ 200, իսկ արդարադատության նախարարությունը՝ 197 հաստիքից։ Բնապահպանության, շրջակա միջավայրի պաշտպանության և կլիմայի փոփոխության նախարարությունում կկրճատվի 176, իսկ զբաղվածության և աղքատության կրճատման նախարարությունում՝ 163 հաստիք։
Բացր դրանից, տեղակալների թիվը գրեթե կիսով չափ կկրճատվի՝ կոմիտեներում 11-ից մինչև 7, գործակալություններում՝ 12-ից մինչև 6, իսկ տեսչություններում՝ 13-ից մինչև 7։
Ըստ հրամանագրի՝ Ուզբեկստանի զբաղվածության նախարարությունը և Արհմիությունների ֆեդերացիան հանձնարարված են աջակցել կրճատումներից տուժած աշխատողների աշխատանքի տեղավորմանը։
Ապրիլին Ռուսաստանի թվային զարգացման նախարարության ղեկավար Մաքսութ Շադաևը հայտարարել էր, որ արհեստական բանականությունը կարող է փոխարինել պետական պաշտոնյաների կեսին՝ առանց նշելու, թե երբ դա կարող է տեղի ունենալ։ «Մենք շարքային պաշտոնյաներ ենք, որոնք աշխատում են սահմանված նորմերի շրջանակում… Հուսով ենք, որ այն չի փոխարինի մարդկանց, մասնավորապես՝ բժիշկներին և ուսուցիչներին։ Պետական պաշտոնյաների՞ն։ Կարծում եմ՝ այն միանշանակ կարող է փոխարինել նրանց կեսին։ Գուցե մի փոքր ավելիին»,- ասել է Շադաևը Data Forum-ում։
Վեց ամիս անց Պետդումայի խոսնակ Վյաչեսլավ Վոլոդինը շտապել է վստահեցնել, որ արհեստական բանականության համակարգերը չեն կարողանա փոխարինել ռուս խորհրդարանականներին, քանի որ արհեստական բանականությունը «զուրկ է խղճից և պատասխանատվությունից»։
