Լարված իրավիճակ Արթիկում, քաղաքացիները փակել են Արագածոտնին կապող գլխավոր ճանապարհը

Այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 9-ին, լարված իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել Շիրակի մարզում: Ինչպես տեղից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, Արթիկ քաղաքի խոշորացված համայնքի Նարեկացի փողոցում ի նշան բողոքի ակցիա են իրականացնում Արթիկ քաղաքի բնակիչները՝ պահանջելով, որպեսզի պատկան մարմինները լսեն իրենց ձայնը:
Ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանի հետ զրույցում քաղաքացիներն ասում էին.
«Այս ճանապարհը կապում է Շիրակի մարզը Արագածոտնի մարզին: Անընդհատ տեղի են ունեցել ճանապարհատանսպորտային պատահարներ, վրաերթեր, այդ թվում՝ ողբերգական:
Կառավարությունը ճանապարհն ամբողջությամբ ասֆալտապատեց, մեզ փրկեց դարուփոս ճանաարհներից, բայց ցավոք որոշ վայ-վարորդներ այնպես են քշում ավտոմեքենաները, կարծես դժոխքի դռները բացած լինեն:
Մի քանի անգամ դիմեցինք պատասխանատուներին, արագաչափ տեղադրեցին, քանի որ համ շարժն է շատ, համ հետիոտներն են շատ, համ էլ փողոցի հարևանությամբ գործում է Արթիկի թիվ 6-րդ դպրոցը, որտեղ մոտավորապետ 300 աշակերտ է հաճախում:
Մեր խնդրանքներից հետո տեղադրվեց արագաչափ, ինչը կտրուկ նվազեցրեց ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարների ու վրաերթերի թիվը, մինչ այդ քանի անգամ ողբերգական դեպքեր տեղի ունեցան, Արթիկի գաղութի «Վիլիս»-ը անգամ մտել էր երեխեքի մեջ ու էդ երեխեքը երկար ամիսներ բուժում էին ստանում:
Արդեն ինչքան ժամանակ է՝ արագաչափը հանեցին ու մեզ մոտ ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարների թիվը նորից ավելացավ:
Նորից որոշ վայ-վարորդներ նենց արագ են մեքենաները քշում, որ ամեն օր սպասում ենք, որ մեր երեխեքը վրաերթի են ենթարկվելու:
Ստիպված ենք այսօր փողոցը փակել, որ մեր ձայնը տեղ հասնի: Պահանջում ենք, որ նորից՝ ոնց տարան արագաչափը, այնպես էլ բերեն հետ դնեն, որովհետև արագաչափը հազարավոր քաղաքացիների, երեխաների կյանք ա փրկում, հիմա ինչ անենք՝ ամեն օր ահը սրտներիս ենք մեր երեխաներին ճանապարհելու դասի, ու ահը սրտներիս դասից դիմավորելու տուն»:
Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է, որ նշված վայր են ժամանել ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության Շիրակի մարզի գումարտակի հրամանատար Լևոն Մարտիրոսյանն ու ոստիկանւթյան Անիի բաժնի պետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարը, ովքեր քաղաքացիների հետ բանակցություններ են վարում՝ հորդորելով բացել ճանապարհը, խոստանալով, որ խնդրի մասին կտեղեկացնեն համապատասխան մարմիններին:
Մոտ 30 րոպե ճանապարհը փակելուց հետո բնակիչները բացեցին այն, սակայն խոստացան, որ եթե խնդիրը չկարգավորվի ու չլուծվի, իրենց անվտանգության հարցը, այս անգամ՝ մեր ու մանուկ, ահել ջահել փակելու են ճանապարհը:
