Փաշինյանի հերթական նվաստացումը

Երեկ Դուշամբեում` ԱՊՀ գագաթաժողովի ընթացքում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հերթական նվաստացումն է տարել, այս անգամ թե՛ Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոյից ու Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինից, այլ նաև նույնիսկ Տաջիկստանի նախագահ Էմոմալի Ռահմոնից, որոնք առիթը բաց չեն թողել ծաղրելու Փաշինյանին։ Գագաթնաժողովի մեկնարկից առաջ Բելառուսի նախագահն ակնհայտորեն ծաղրել է Փաշինյանին, որը նստած է եղել Իլհամ Ալիևի կողքին։ Դիմելով իր ադրբեջանցի գործընկերոջը, Բելառուսի նախագահը ժպիտով ասել է. «Իլհամ Հեյդարովիչ, դու երեկ անհանգստանում էիր, ասում էիր, որ նա չի գա, բայց ես ասացի՝ Նիկոլ Վովաևիչը առանց մեզ ոչ մի տեղ չի կարող գնալ»։ «Ի՞նչ նկատի ունեք, որ ես չեմ գա»,- իբր հակադարձել է Փաշինյանը։
Եվս մեկ միջադեպ էլ տեղի է ունեցել գագաթնաժողովի ժամանակ, երբ Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին հարցրել է՝ որքան է կազմել ապրանքաշրջանառությունը այս տարի։ Փաշինյանը պատասխանել է՝ 2025 թվականի ընթացիկ ցուցանիշը 4 միլիարդ դոլար է, իսկ նախորդ տարվանը՝ 9 միլիարդ դոլար։ Պուտինը վստահ ասել է, որ ցուցանիշներն ավելի բարձր են. «Շատ էր, ավելի շատ էր, այս տարի ավելի շատ կլինի։ Բայց կարևոր չէ»։ «Դե, գուցե»,- պատասխանել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ հերթական անգամ ընկնելով անհեթեթ դրության մեջ։ Դրանից հետո արդեն գործող իշխանության քարոզիչներն ու էկոնոմիկայի նախարարը փորձում էին համոզել, թե Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունները ճշմարիտ են և ամրագրված վիճակագրական տվյալներով։
Իսկ բուն գագաթնաժողովի ժամանակ Փաշինյանը կրկին խոսել է «Թրամփի ուղուց», հայտարարել, թե նախագիծը Հայաստանին հնարավորություն է տալիս երկաթուղային և այլ տրանսպորտային կապ ունենալ ԱՊՀ անդամ պետություն Ադրբեջանի և մյուս անդամ պետությունների հետ։ «TRIPP» նախագիծը բացում է արտահանման և ներմուծման նոր հնարավորություններ նաև ապահով երկրների համար»,- ասել է Փաշինյանը՝ ըստ էության, ինքն էլ ծաղրելով ԱՊՀ անդամ պետություններին։ Ակնհայտորեն, TRIPP նախագիծն ուղղված է հենց առաջին հերթին Ռուսաստանի դեմ, և Փաշինյանի այս հայտարարությունը աննկատ մնալ չի կարող։
Ամեն դեպքում փաստն այն է, որ Փաշինյանն իրեն բավականին դիսկոմֆորտ է զգում ԱՊՀ անդամ պետությունների, հատկապես՝ Ռուսաստանի և Բելառուսի նախագահների մոտ։ Վերջիններս էլ առիթը բաց չեն թողնում խայթելու Փաշինյանին։ Ինչը հերթական անգամ վկայում է, որ նրան որևէ կերպ չեն կարողանում ընդունել իրենց շարքերը, իսկ սա շղթայական ռեակցիայով վնասում է նաև Հայաստանի հեղինակությանը։
