Իրանը չի մասնակցի Եգիպտոսի Շարմ Էլ Շեյխ քաղաքում կայանալիք հանդիպմանը, որը նվիրված է Գազայում հրադադարի վերաբերյալ ԱՄՆ առաջարկին։

Կիրակի օրը Tasnim-ի հետ զրույցում աղբյուրը հայտնել է, որ Թեհրանը չի մասնակցի Շարմ Էլ Շեյխի գագաթնաժողովին, թեև հրավիրվել էր այդ միջոցառմանը։

Ավելի քան 20 երկրների ղեկավարներ երկուշաբթի օրը կհավաքվեն Եգիպտոսում կայանալիք հանդիպմանը՝ քննարկելու ԱՄՆ նախագահի առաջարկը՝ Իսրայելի և Գազայի հատվածի միջև պատերազմը դադարեցնելու վերաբերյալ։

Գագաթնաժողովը տեղի է ունենում այն ժամանակ, երբ տասնյակ հազարավոր պաղեստինցիներ ոտքով, մեքենաներով և սայլերով հյուսիսից շարժվում են Գազայի ափով՝ վերադառնալով իրենց լքված և հիմնականում ավերված տները Գազայի հատվածում, քանի որ Իսրայելի և ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի միջև հրադադարի համաձայնագիրը, ըստ ամենայնի, պահպանվում է։

Իսրայելի զորքերը մասամբ նահանջել են այս շաբաթ ԱՄՆ-ի միջնորդությամբ ձեռք բերված համաձայնագրի առաջին փուլի շրջանակներում՝ Իսրայելի և Գազայի միջև պատերազմը դադարեցնելու վերաբերյալ, որի հետևանքով զոհվել են ավելի քան 67 հազար մարդ, և սովից տուժած անկլավի մեծ մասն ավերակների է վերածվել։

Գազայի կառավարության մամուլի ծառայությունը հայտնել է, որ հրադադարի մասին համաձայնագրի ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո իրականացվել է 5000 հանրային գործողություն՝ ուղղված անկլավում պաղեստինցիների կյանքի բարելավմանը։
