Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը 2 հայ միլիարդատերերի հետևից է ընկել` Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի և Սամվել Կարապետյանի: Այս մասին Երևանում տեղի ունեցող ասուլիսի ընթացքում ասել է գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանի փաստաբան Ռոբերտ Ամստերդամը:
«Սամվել Կարապետյանի ազատազրկումը ցույց է տալիս գործող իշխանության վախերը»,- նշել է նա:
«Մինչև հունիսի 17-ը Սամվել Կարապետյանը քրեական վարույթով անգամ որպես վկա ներգրավված չէր, մեկ էլ հանկարծ իրեն շատ անապահով զգացող վարչապետը, հստակորեն վախեցած ներպետական հանգամանքներով, գրոհում է մի մարդու վրա, որն իր հոր հիշատակին կրոնական ծեսի էր մասնակցում և բիրտ ռեժիմի կողմից նա բանտարկվում է»,- ասել է Ամստերդամը։
«ՀՀ կառավարության այս անվայելուչ վարքագիծը չի կարող կենսունակ լինել, և մենք այս գործը հասցնելու ենք ոչ միայն միջազգային ատյաններ, այլև բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր ի վիճակի են ճնշում գործադրել, ազդեցություն ունենալ այս կառավարության վրա քաղաքական բանտարկյալներին ազատ արձակելու համար»,- ավելացրել է փաստաբանը:
