Արամուսում սպանություն կատարած անձի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում

2025 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 12-ին ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Կոտայքի մարզի օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ Արամուս գյուղի դաշտերում հայտնաբերվել է երկու դի՝ հրազենային վնասվածքով:
ՆԳՆ աշխատակիցների հետ համատեղ ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ 2025 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 12-ին Կոտայքի մարզի Արամուս գյուղից դեպի Նոր Գյուղ տանող դաշտամիջյան ճանապարհի հարևանությամբ գտնվող հողամասում կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ ծագած վիճաբանության ժամանակ Թ.Հ.-ն իրեն պատկանող ողորկափող հրացանից կրակոցներ է արձակել նույն գյուղի բնակիչներ Մ.Ս.-ի և Գ.Ղ.-ի ուղղությամբ, ինչի հետևանքով վերջիններս մահացել են:
Այնուհետև, ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Կոտայքի մարզային վարչություն օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Թ.Հ.-ն, առերևույթ հանցանք կատարելուց անմիջապես հետո, Կոտայքի մարզի Զովաշեն գյուղի դաշտամիջյան ճանապարհին, իրեն պատկանող հրացանով կրակոցներ է արձակել Վ.Մ.-ի և Մ.Հ.-ի ուղղությամբ՝ սպանելով նրանց: Կատարվածից անմիջապես հետո Թ.Հ.-ն հափշտակել է Վ.Մ.-ին պատկանող ավտոմեքենան:
Նույն օրը Թ.Հ.-ն նշված հանցանքը կատարելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածով ՆԳՆ ծառայողների կողմից ձերբակալվել ու ներկայացվել է նախաքննական մարմին և տվել խոստովանական ցուցմունք:
Որոշում է կայացվել քրեական վարույթները մեկ վարույթում միացնելու մասին: Ստեղծվել է քննչական խումբ։
Թ.Հ.-ին պատկանող ողորկափող հրացանը հայտնաբերվել է վերջինիս կողմից հափշտակված ավտոմեքենայում:
Թ.Հ.-ի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (սպանությունը) (2 դրվագ), 155-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 10-րդ, 13-րդ (շահադիտական դրդումներով այլ հանցանքը թաքցնելու կամ դրա կատարումը հեշտացնելու նպատակով կատարված սպանությունը) (2 դրվագ), 252-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 5-րդ և 7-րդ կետով (զենքի կամ մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելու համար նախապես պատրաստված կամ հարմարեցված առարկայի կամ միջոցի գործադրմամբ, խոշոր չափերով կատարված ավազակությունը):
