35-ամյա տղամարդը վրեժխնդրության նպատակով համագյուղացի ընկերոջը դրդել է uպանել 33-ամյա բալահովիտցու

Քրեական ոստիկանության Կոտայքի մարզային վարչության ծառայողները ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում փաստական տվյալներ էին ձեռք բերել, որ Վերին Պտղնի գյուղի վարչական տարածքում նույն գյուղի 35-ամյա բնակչի և Բալահովիտ գյուղի 33-ամյա բնակչի միջև հուլիսի վերջին տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանությունն ավարտվել էր դանակահարությամբ, ինչից հետո 35-ամյա տղամարդը, վրեժխնդրության նպատակով, համագյուղացի 28-ամյա ընկերոջը դրդել է սպանել 33-ամյա բալահովիտցուն:
Հավաստի տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ 28-ամյա երիտասարդը ժամանելով Հայաստան, 35-ամյա համագյուղացու հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ, ապօրինի ձեռք է բերել և բնակության վայրում պահել հրազեն, փամփուշտներ և մարտական նռնակ:
Օպերատիվ տեղեկությունների հիման վրա նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, որի շրջանակում կատարված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների և քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ 28-ամյա երիտասարդը կատարել է 33-ամյա բալահովիտցուն սպանելու նախապատրաստական գործողություններ. իր մոտ պահելով ապօրինի զենք-զինամթերք՝ նրա տան հարևանությամբ վարձակալել է առանձնատուն և հետևելով տեղաշարժին՝ կատարել է լուսանկարահանումներ, սակայն բալահովիտցին հայտնաբերել է նրան և ընկերների հետ ծեծի ենթարկել:
Հանցավոր մտադրությունն ավարտին հասցնելու նպատակով՝ Վերին Պտղնի գյուղի բնակիչ 28-ամյա երիտասարդը, 35-ամյա համագյուղացու հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ, 33-ամյա բալահովիտցուն սպանելու համար փնտրել են հարմար առիթ, սակայն իրենց կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներում չեն կարողացել իրագործել։ Քրեական ոստիկանության Կոտայքի մարզային վարչության ծառայողների ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների և քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում կանխվել է սպանության մտադրությունը: Հանցավոր խմբի անդամները հայտնաբերվել և կալանավորվել են։
