Դուշանբեում կայացած ԱՊՀ գագաթաժողովի ընթացքում Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի միջև ծավալվել էր բանավեճ՝ հայ–ռուսական առևտրաշրջանառության թվերի շուրջ։

Պուտինի հարցին, թե որքան է կազմել երկու երկրների միջև առևտրաշրջանառությունը, Փաշինյանը պատասխանել է, որ 2025 թվականին այն կազմել է 4 մլրդ դոլար, իսկ 2024-ին՝ 9 մլրդ։ Սակայն Ռուսաստանի նախագահը համաձայն չի եղել և նշել է, որ իրական ցուցանիշները «ավելի մեծ են»։

«Դե, կարող է լինել»,– արձագանքել է Փաշինյանը։

Դրանցի հետո քպական պաշտոնյաներն ու պատգամավորները, իրար հերթ չտալով, փորձում էին ցույց տալ, թե Փաշինյանը չի սխալվել, համադրել է համադրելի թվերը և այլն: Մեր ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց տվեցին ուշագրավ պատկեր:

 Ըստ Հայաստանի վիճակագրական կոմիտեի պաշտոնական տվյալների, 2024 թվականին Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև առևտրաշրջանառությունը կազմել է 12 մլրդ 401 մլն 604,4 հազար դոլար։ Այսպիսով, 2024 թվականը դարձել է պատմական առավելագույնը՝ գրանցելով գրեթե կրկնակի աճ 2023 թվականի համեմատ։ Միաժամանակ, ըստ 2025 թվականի օգոստոսի տվյալների, իրական առևտրաշրջանառությունը կազմել է մոտ 4,5 մլրդ դոլար, մինչդեռ 2024 թվականի նույն ժամանակահատվածում այն կազմել էր 9,2 մլրդ դոլար։ Այսինքն, Փաշինյանը փաստացի «կրճատել է տարին՝ մինչև ութ ամիս»՝ շփոթելով թվերը և համեմատելով ոչ թե տարեկան, այլ ութամսյա ցուցանիշները։

 
 

Մեր հաշվարկներով, 2025 թվականի արդյունքներով, հայ–ռուսական առևտրաշրջանառությունը կհասնի առնվազն 7 մլրդ դոլարի, ինչը զգալի անկում է նախորդ տարվա համեմատ։ Այնուամենայնիվ, Ռուսաստանը շարունակում է մնալ Հայաստանի գլխավոր առևտրային գործընկերը, որին բաժին է ընկնում մեր երկրի ամբողջ արտաքին առևտրի 34,8 տոկոսը։

Հետագա դինամիկան, ըստ փորձագետների, կախված կլինի մի շարք գործոններից՝ ներառյալ տարածաշրջանային աշխարհաքաղաքական զարգացումները, առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները և Հայաստանի արտաքին տնտեսական քաղաքականության հետագա քայլերը։
