Նախորդ տարվա մայիս ամսին ջրհեղեղի հետևանքով Լոռին դարձավ աղետի գոտի։ Տասնյակ տներ վնասվեցին, փոքր խանութներ հողին հավասարվեցին, մարդիկ մնացին առանց ոչնչի։

Մինչև վերջերս տարբեր քաղաքացիներից նամակներ ու զանգեր էինք ստանում, որ իրենց խնդիրը չի լուծվել, չգիտեն՝ ում դիմել ու ինչ անել։

ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունից MediaHub-ը փորձեց այս մարդկանց հուզող հարցերի պատասխանները ստանալ, բայց բանավոր տարբերակով չստացվեց, ուստի գրավոր հարցում ուղարկեցինք հասկանալու՝ արդյո՞ք այս մարդիկ, որոնք մեզ են դիմել, կարող են աջակցության որևէ ծրագրից օգտվել, թե՞ բոլոր ծրագրերն արդեն ավարտված են։

Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունից մեզ հայտնեցին, որ իրենց կողմից իրականացվել է ՀՀ կառավարության 2024 թվականի հուլիսի 4-ի «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Լոռու և Տավուշի մարզերում 2024 թվականի մայիսի 25-26-ը տեղացած հորդառատ անձրևներով պայմանավորված հեղեղումների պատճառով տուժած ընտանիքներին սոցիալական աջակցության միջոցառումը և տրամադրման կարգը հաստատելու մասին» թիվ 1033-Լ որոշման շրջանակում իրականացված սոցիալական աջակցության միջոցառումը, որը տրամադրվել է ՀՀ Լոռու և Տավուշի մարզերում 2024 թվականի մայիսի 25-26-ը տեղացած հորդառատ անձրևներով պայմանավորված հեղեղումների պատճառով տուժած անձանց ընտանիքներին, ինչպես նաև այն ընտանիքներին, որոնց ոչ ձեռնարկատիրական նպատակներով փաստացի օգտագործած անշարժ գույքը վնասվել էր:

Միջոցառման շրջանակում 2024 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 3-ի դրությամբ աջակցությունից օգտվելու համար հաստատվել է 578 դիմում, այդ թվում՝ 254 դիմում բնակության համար նախատեսված փաստացի օգտագործած անշարժ գույքի վնասման, 312 դիմում  բնակության համար չնախատեսված փաստացի օգտագործած անշարժ գույքի վնասման, 12 դիմում և բնակության համար նախատեսված փաստացի օգտագործած անշարժ գույքի վնասման և բնակության համար չնախատեսված փաստացի օգտագործած անշարժ գույքի վնասման դեպքերում։

Միջոցառման շրջանակում տրամադրված սոցիալական աջակցության գումարը կազմել է 127.760.000 ՀՀ դրամ։

Տեղեկացնում ենք, որ որոշմամբ հաստատված սոցիալական աջակցության միջոցառումն ավարտվել է 2024 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 30-ին:

 «Հայտնում ենք, որ ՀՀ Լոռու և Տավուշի մարզերում 2024 թվականի մայիսի 25-26-ը տեղացած հորդառատ անձրևներով պայմանավորված հեղեղումների պատճառով տուժածների համար միջոցառումներ են իրականացվել նաև ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի և ՆԳ նախարարությունների կողմից»,- ասված է Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության տրամադրած պատասխանում։

Այսինքն՝ մարդիկ, որոնք արդեն հասցրել են աջակցություն ստանալ, ստացել են, ովքեր ոչ՝ ոչ։
Նշենք, որ մենք մյուս երկու գերատեսչություններ էլ հարցումներ կուղարկենք՝ հասկանալու, թե արդյոք որևէ ծրագրով մեզ դիմած քաղաքացիները կարող են աջակցություն ստանալ։
