Արագածոտնի թեմի առաջնորդը կալանավորվեց 2 ամսով

Արագածոտնի թեմի առաջնորդ Մկրտիչ եպիսկոպոս Պռոշյանը կալանավորվեց 2 ամսով։
Երևան քաղաքի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության քրեական դատարանը` դատավոր Կարեն Ֆարխոյանի նախագահությամբ, բավարարեց քննիչի ներկայացրած միջնորդությունը։ Նրանք տեղափոխվեցին քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ։
Կալանքի միջնորդությունը քննած դատավոր Կարեն Ֆարխոյանը «Սրբազան պայքարի» առաջնորդ Բագրատ սրբազանի և 17 համակիրների գործով նախագահող դատավորն է։
Մեկ ամսով կալանավորվել է նաև Արագածոտնի թեմի դիվանապետ տեր Գարեգին Արսենյանը։
Հիշեցնենք` հոկտեմբերի 15-ի վաղ առավոտյան իրավապահները խուզարկություն էին իրականացրել Արագածոտնի թեմի առաջնորդ Մկրտիչ եպիսկոպոս Պռոշյանի տանը, ապա բերման ենթարկել նրան։ Սրբազանից բացի, բերման էին ենթարկվել նաև Արագածոտնի թեմի 12 քահանաներ և առաջնորդարանի աշխատակիցներ։ Ավելի ուշ ՔԿ-ն հայտնել է, որ 3-ը ձերբակալվել են, որոնցից մեկը թեմի առաջնորդն է։ Նրա նկատմամբ հանրային քրեական հետապնդում է հարուցվել ՔՕ 2 հոդվածներով՝ պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելով ընտրական իրավունքի իրականացումը խոչընդոտելը, իշխանական կամ ծառայողական լիազորություններն օգտագործելով հավաքներին մասնակցելուն հարկադրելը։
Ավելի վաղ փաստաբան Երեմ Սարգսյանը հայտնել էր, որ Արագածոտնի թեմի առաջնորդ Մկրտիչ եպիսկոպոս Պռոշյանի գործով 54 քննիչ է ներգրավված։
Փաստաբան Երեմ Սարգսյանը նաեւ հայտնեց, որ արգելվել է թեմի առաջնորդի տեսակցություները, բացի մորից։
