ՀՀ-ում կյանքը ավելի թանկ է, քան Ռուսաստանում

Numbeo-ի (առցանց տվյալների բազա, որը հավաքում է սպառողական գներ, անշարժ գույքի գներ և կյանքի որակի ցուցանիշներ) 2025 թվականին վերաբերող վիճակագրության համաձայն՝ սննդամթերքի գների մասով Հայաստանը 139 երկրների շարքում զբաղեցրել է 86-րդ հորիզոնականը: Տարածաշրջանում սննդամթերքի գները ավելի բարձր եմ միայն Թուրքիայում, որը զբաղեցրել է 79-րդ հորիզոնականը, իսկ ահա մեր մյուս հարևանների մոտ գները ավելի ցածր են՝ Վրաստանը տեղավորվել է 104-րդ հորիզոնականում, Ադրբեջանը՝ 112-րդ: Անգամ Ռուսաստանում է իրավիճակը ավելի բարվոք, պատժամիջոցների տակ կքած ՌԴ-ն այս աղյուսակում 134-րդ հորիզոնականին է, իսկ Իրանը՝ 136-րդ:
Հայաստանում մեկ անձի հաշվով ամսական սննդամթերքի բյուջեն (31 օրվա հաշվարկով) տատանվում է 66 հազար դրամից (շուրջ 175 ԱՄՆ դոլար) մինչև 85 հազար դրամ (շուրջ 225 ԱՄՆ դոլար)։
Ինչո՞ւ է ՀՀ-ում ավելի թանկ սննդամթերքը, քան ՌԴ-ում, Ադրբեջանում, հարևան Իրանում կամ Վրաստանում. պատճառները պարզելու համար MediaHub-ը զրուցեց տնտեսագետ Աղասի Թավադյանի հետ:
«Numbeo-ն ոչ միայն ըստ պետությունների է տալիս, այլ նաև ըստ քաղաքների, և մի պահ Երևանը անգամ ավելի թանկ էր, քան Մոսկվան: 2022թ.-ին, երբ ՌԴ-ից մարդկանց ներհոսք եղավ, Երևանի կենտրոնում 42-45 քմ բնակարանն ավելի թանկ էր, քան նույնիսկ Մոսկվայի կենտրոնում, Երևանում ապրելն ավելի թանկ էր»,- հիշեցրեց Թավադյանը:
Ըստ տնտեսագետի, եթե այժմ Երևանը համեմատենք Մոսկվայի հետ, ապա մի քանի բան կա, որ ավելի էժան է Երևանում՝ տրանսպորտը, բնակարանները, սակայն, օրինակ, ռեստորանների, սննդամթերքի միջին գները ՀՀ-ում ավելի բարձր է:
Թե ինչո՞ւ է սննդամթերքն ավելի թանկ, տնտեսագետը մի քանի գործոն թվարկեց.
«Պատճառներից մեկը՝ Լարսի ճանապարհին կոռուպցիոն հարկ ենք վճարում, ճիշտ է, ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետություն ենք, ըստ էության՝ ՌԴ-ից եկող ապրանքը պետք է առանց մաքսատուրք է գա, բայց Լարսի սահմանը մեր համար միակ ուղին է և սահմանափակված է անցողության տեսանկյունից ձմռանը, իսկ տեղափոխող կազմակերպությունները հակված են կոռուպցիայի, և կոռուպցիոն ռիսկն այնտեղ մեծանում է Վրաստանի սահմանին»,- ասաց Թավադյանը:
Բացի այս, հավելեց տնտեսագետը, ՀՀ մեծ քանակությամբ կապիտալ է եկել, և ՀՀ տնտեսական աճը վերջին տարիներին պայմանավորված է դրսից, հիմնականում ՌԴ-ից եկող գումարներով: Թավադյանը շեշտեց՝ կառավարության անդամները նշում են, որ գումարի խնդիր չկա երկրում, և իսկապես ՀՀ այնքան գումար է մտել, որ որոշ խնդիրներ են առաջացել, գումարի քանակությունն աճ է ապահովել, սակայն միայն արտաքին գումարի մուտքի հաշվին, ու այս ամենը հանգեցրել է նրան, որ գումարի ավելցուկը գների որոշակի աճ է ապահովել:
