«Հարգելի՛ փաստաբաններ (ՀՀ փաստաբանների պալատ) Մեր գործընկեր-փաստաբան Ալեքսանդր Կոչուբաևին ձերբակալել են սոցիալական ցանցում կատարած գրառման համար, և պատրաստվում են նրան կալանքի նպատակով ներկայացնել դատարան։
Երեկ քննչական կոմիտեն (վստահաբար ղեկավարի իմացությամբ ու հավանությամբ (գուցե՝ հրահանգով)) ժամեր շարունակ խոչընդոտեց վարույթն իրականացնող մարմին ժամանած փաստաբանների մուտքը և թույլ չտվեց վստահորդների հետ տեսակցել։
Թեև առերևույթ առկա էր ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 491-րդ հոդվածի (Փաստաբանի լիազորությունների իրականացումը խոչընդոտելը, եթե դա դրսևորվել է իր վստահորդին տեսակցելու նպատակով ազատությունից զրկման ցանկացած վայր փաստաբանի մուտքն ապօրինի չթույլատրելով) հանցակազմը, սակայն դեռևս հաղորդում «գրող» և «գործ» հարուցող չի եղել։
Ռեժիմը քանդել և քանդելու է բոլոր ինստիտուտները. եթե հանդգնել են կործանել 1700-ամյա ինստիտուտը, ապա մեր պալատի (մեզնից յուրաքանչյուրի) «հնազանդեցնելու» հերթը ևս գալու։ Կարող ենք լուռ հետևել, և սպասել թե երբ է մեր հերթը գալու կամ … Սկզբի համար առաջարկում եմ 7 օրյա գործադուլ բոլոր տիպի գործերով ու վարույթներով։ Սիրով կմիանամ գործընկերներիս կողմից ընդունելի ցանկացած այլ մոտեցման»:
