Բաքվի դատարանում անկախ լրատվամիջոցների, փաստաբանների և միջազգային կառույցների բացակայությամբ այսօր շարունակվել է Արցախի նախկին ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարների և մյուս գերիների գործով կեղծ դատավարությունը։

Արցախի ԱԺ նախկին նախագահ Դավիթ Իշխանյանը դատարանից պահանջել է ներկայացնել ԱՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Կամո Վարդանյանի ստորագրած փաստաթղթերի պատճենները։ Նիստը նախագահող դատավոր Զ. Աղաևն արձագանքել է, թե փաստաթղթերի ուսումնասիրությունը շարունակվում է, տպագիր տարբերակները կփոխանցվեն նրանց փաստաբաններին։

Արցախի ՊՆ նախկին նախարար Լևոն Մնացականյանի դեմ կեղծ խոշտանգման մեղադրանքը շարունակվել է։ Այս անգամ Իլհամ Մամեդովն է պատասխանել Արցախի նախկին ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության հարցերին։ Երբ և ինչ պատճառներով է իրեն հաշմանդամության խումբ շնորհվել հարցին ադրբեջանցին հստակ չի կարողացել պատասխանել՝ միայն ասել է, թե գերության մեջ ենթարկվել է խոշտանգումների և վնասվածքներ է ստացել։ Լևոն Մնացականյանը հայտնել է, որ հաջորդ դատական նիստում մանրամասն կպատմի այդ ժամանակ տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունների մասին ու շարունակել է պնդել, որ ինքը Իլհամ Մամեդովին չի ճանաչում։

Բաքվի դատարանում ուսումնասիրել են 1990-ից մինչև 44-օրյա պատերազմն ընկած ժամանակահատվածի կամավորական ջոկատներին վերաբերող փաստաթղթեր, այդ թվում՝ «Խաչակիրներ», «Մալաթիայի կամավորներ», «Մուշ», «Արաբո», «Սասնա Ծռեր», «Սասունցի Դավիթ», «Անկախության բանակի կամավորական միլիցիոն-քաղաքական միավորում», «Երկրապահ»։ «Դատական» նիստը կշարունակվի վաղը։
