Հայաստանի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչը հայ գերիների խնդիրը պատշաճ չի ներկայացրել ԵԱՀԿ ԺՀՄԻԳ–ի (Եվրոպայում անվտանգության և համագործակցության կազմակերպություն Ժողովրդավարական հաստատությունների և մարդու իրավունքների գրասենյակ) միջոցառմանը, փոխարենը ակտիվ են եղել Հայաստանում գործող հասարակական կազմակերպությունները։ Sputnik Արմենիայի հետ զրույցում այս մասին հայտնեց Միջազգային և համեմատական իրավունքի կենտրոնի նախագահ Սիրանուշ Սահակյանը։
Լեհաստանի մայրաքաղաք Վարշավայում հոկտեմբերի 6-ից 17-ը անցկացվում է «Մարդկային չափում-2025» միջազգային կոնֆերանսը` նվիրված ԵԱՀԿ երկրներում մարդու իրավունքների և հիմնարար ազատությունների խնդիրներին։ Վարշավայի կոնֆերանսին մասնակցում է նաև Սիրանուշ Սահակյանը և իր ելույթում անդրադարձել է Բաքվում պահող հայ պատանդների խնդրին, ինչպես նաև Ադրբեջանի խտրական քաղաքականությանը։ Կոնֆերանսին մասնակցելու համար ԱԺ նախագահի կարգադրությամբ հոկտեմբերի 5-8-ը Վարշավա էին մեկնել ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ-ում ԱԺ պատվիրակության ղեկավար, ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Սարգիս Խանդանյանը և պատվիրակության քարտուղար Մարիամ Հաջի-Հակոբյանը։
«ԵԱՀԿ ԺՀՄԻԳ–ի շրջանակում ՀՀ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցչի կողմից հայ գերիների չլուծված խնդրի բարձրաձայնում, ըստ էության, տեղի չունեցավ։ Հասարակական դաշտը շատ ակտիվ էր և խնդիրը ներկայացրեց բազմաթիվ դիտանկյուններից։ Միջոցառմանը ներկա էին նաև ադրբեջանական գոնգոները (հասարակական կազմակերպությունները), որոնք ներդրված են և կառավարվում են պետության կողմից։ Նրանք անընդմեջ արհեստական կերպով քննարկման առարկա էին դարձնում այն, որ Բաքվում պահվող հայերը իբր դասական հանցագործներ են, նրանց մասով գործում է ներպետական օրենսդրությունը, և միջազգային ցանկացած ներգրավվածություն միջամտություն է դատական իշխանությանը»,–նշեց Սահակյանը։
