Ֆրանսիայի Հայոց թեմի հոգևորականաց դասը` թեմակալ առաջնորդի գլխավորությամբ մտահոգիչ և անընդունելի է համարում հոկտեմբերի 15-ին և 16-ին Արագածոտնի թեմի առաջնորդի, հոգևորականների և աշխարհիկ աշխատակիցների հանդեպ իրավապահ համակարգի իրականացրած անիրավաչափ և ապօրինի գործողությունները. այս մասին նշված է թեմի տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ:
«Հատկապես անընդունելի են բարձրաստիճան հոգեւորականների մասնակցությամբ անօրինական գաղտնալսումները և առավել ևս դրանց հիման վրա Ամենայն Հայոց Հայրապետի դեմ քրեական վարույթ սկսելը, չպատճառաբանված խուզարկությունները և Գերշ. Տ. Մկրտիչ եպս. Պռոշյանի ու Արժ. Տ. Գարեգին քհն. Արսենյանին կալանավորելու որոշումները։
Ակնհայտ է, որ այս իրադարձությունները շարունակությունն են իշխանությունների կողմից վարվող հակաեկեղեցական արշավի, որը փորձում են մեկնաբանել որպես օրինականության պահպանում, միևնույն ժամանակ ոտնահարելով ոչ միայն միջազգայնորեն ամրագրված, այլև բարոյական և քաղաքակիրթ հասարակություններին հատուկ իրավական բոլոր ընթացակարգերը և սկզբունքները։
Նման ապօրինությունները ոչ միայն խաթարում են ՀՀ իրավապահ համակարգի հանդեպ հասարակական վստահությունը, այլև պատճառ կարող են հանդիսանալ ներազգային առճակատման` ոչ միայն Հայաստանում, այլև Սփյուռքում։
Ֆրանսիայի Հայոց թեմի հոգևորականաց դասը կոչ է անում իր բոլոր հավատացյալներին չտրվել պառակտիչ գործողությունների սադրանքներին, ամուր մնալ ազգային և հոգևոր միասնության դիրքերում։
