Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանը հոկտեմբերի 19-ին մասնակցել է ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության Քրեակատարողական ծառայության կազմավորման 106-ամյակին և Քրեակատարողական ծառայողի օրվան նվիրված միջոցառմանը: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են ՄԻՊ աշխատակազմից։
Պաշտպանը հանդես է եկել շնորհավորական խոսքով՝ ընդգծելով քրեակատարողական համակարգի կարևոր դերը մարդու իրավունքներին առնչվող տարբեր խնդիրների հասցեավորման տեսանկյունից․
«Սրտանց շնորհավորում եմ ՀՀ Արդարադատության նախարարության Քրեակատարողական ծառայության կազմավորման 106-րդ տարեդարձի կապակցությամբ և մաղթում եմ արժանապատիվ, արդյունավետ, պրոֆեսիոնալ և իրավունքահեն ծառայություն: Պատշաճ մակարդակով իրականացվելու դեպքում այս ծառայությունն իրական առաքելություն է, որը կարող է առանցքային ազդեցություն ունենալ մարդկանց ճակատագրերի վրա:
Թեև մեր հաղորդակցությունը հիմնականում տեղի է ունենում ՄԻՊ կողմից խնդիրների արձանագրման համատեքստում, սակայն ուզում եմ հատուկ ընդգծել, որ Քրեակատարողական ծառայության հետ ձևավորված են գործընկերային և կառուցողական հարաբերություններ։ Ինչպես Արդարադատության նախարարությունը, այնպես էլ Քրեակատարողական ծառայությունը ցուցաբերում են կառուցողական մոտեցում՝ մեր կողմից արձանագրված խնդիրների հասցեավորման և դրանց լուծման ուղղությամբ աշխատանքների կազմակերպման հարցում:
Այս համակարգը կարիք ունի ժամանակակից չափանիշներին համապատասխանող լուրջ բարեփոխումների, որոնք պետք է իրականացվեն այն տրամաբանությամբ, որ հնարավոր չէ կառուցել նոր համակարգ՝ հին մոտեցումներով»,-ասել է Անահիտ Մանասյանը:
Ամփոփելով խոսքը՝ Պաշտպանը քրեակատարողական ծառայողներին մաղթել է արդյունավետ, արգասաբեր, բարձր պրոֆեսիոնալիզմով և արժանապատիվ ծառայություն:
Միջոցառմանը մասնակցել են Արդարադատության նախարարության, Քրեակատարողական ծառայության, այլ պետական մարմինների, ՄԻՊ աշխատակազմի, ակադեմիական համայնքի ղեկավար կազմն ու ներկայացուցիչները։
Այնուհետև Պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանը ներկա է եղել Քրեակատարողական ծառայողների պարգևատրման արարողությանը:
Միջոցառման շրջանակում անցկացվել է նաև «Քրեակատարողական համակարգ․ բարեփոխումներ և մարտահրավերներ» թեմայով գիտաժողով:
