Ռուբենը ձերբակալվել է, որովհետև անտարբեր չէ իր համաքաղաքացիների իրավունքների հանդեպ. «Մեր ձևով» շարժում

Արդեն 24 Ժամ է՝ ձերբակալված է մեր գաղափարակից ընկերը՝ «Մեր ձևով» ժողովրդական շարժման անդամ, իրավաբան, փաստաբան Ռուբեն Մխիթարյանը։

Ռուբենը ձերբակալվել է նրա համար, որ անտարբեր չէ իր ծննդավայր Գյումրիի, իր համաքաղաքացիների իրավունքների հանդեպ։

Ռուբենը ձերբակալվել է նրա համար, որ սիրում է Հայաստանը, սիրում է իր Գյումրին։

Երեկ առավոտյան Ռուբենը գտնվում էր Երևանում։ Գյումրիում կատարվելիքը տեսնելուն պես իսկույն թողել է իր գործերը և շտապել հայրենի քաղաք՝ որպես իրավապաշտպան` բռնությունների ենթարկվող գյումրեցիներին իրավական աջակցություն ցույց տալու։

Ռուբենի ձերբակալությունը անօրինական է: Հրապարակված տեսանյութերից մեկում երևում է, որ Ռուբենը մոտենում է քաղաքապետարանի մուտքի մոտ կանգնած ոստիկաններին, ներկայանում է որպես փաստաբան և խնդրում իրեն ներս թողնել, սակայն ոստիկանները նրան ներս չեն թողնում: Այսինքն` ոստիկանները տեղեկացված են լինում, որ Ռուբենը փաստաբան է: Դրանից հետո Ռուբենը ոստիկանների ներկայությամբ մի քանի անգամ ևս կրկնում է, որ նա փաստաբան է:

Համացանցում հրապարակված մի շարք այլ տեսանյութեր դիտելիս կարելի է տեսնել, որ Ռուբենը ձերբակալման պահին ձեռքերը պարզել էր վեր, ափերը`բաց։ Որպես իրավապաշտպան՝ Ռուբենը փորձում էր հանդարտեցնել վիճակը և փորձում բացառել բռնության անհամաչափ կիրառումը քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ։
