Վրաստանում ևս 14 ցուցարար է ձերբակալվել՝ բողոքի ցույցերի մասին նոր օրենքը խախտելու համար

Վերջին երկու օրերի ընթացքում իրավապահ մարմինները Թբիլիսիում փոքր բողոքի ակցիաների ևս 14 մասնակից են ձերբակալել ճանապարհներ փակելու արգելքի մասին նոր օրենքը խախտելու համար:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ինչպես փոխանցում է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին, այս մասին ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ հայտարարել է Թբիլիսիի ոստիկանության դեպարտամենտի պետ Վաժա Սիրաձեն:
«Վերջին երկու օրերի ընթացքում Ներքին գործերի նախարարության աշխատակիցները 14 մարդու են ձերբակալել հավաքների և ցույցերի կանոնները խախտելու համար՝ համաձայն վարչական իրավախախտումների օրենսգրքի», - ասել է Սիրաձեն՝ նշելով, որ վերջին երեք օրերին բողոքի ակցիաների ժամանակ հայտնաբերվել է օրենքի 53 խախտում:
Ոստիկանության դեպարտամենտի պետը հավելել է, որ նոր օրենքի համաձայն՝ կրկնակի խախտողները կենթարկվեն քրեական պատասխանատվության:
Ըստ աղբյուրի՝ հոկտեմբերի 16-ին Վրաստանի խորհրդարանն ընդունել է վարչական և քրեական օրենսգրքերի փոփոխություններ: Ըստ այդմ՝ հետիոտնային գոտում բողոքի ակցիա իրականացնողները ենթակա են 15-օրյա կալանքի՝ ճանապարհը փակելու համար: Նմանատիպ պատիժ է սահմանվում, եթե ցուցարարը թաքցնում է դեմքը դիմակով կամ կրում է արցունքաբեր գազ կամ թունավոր նյութեր: Ներքին գործերի նախարարության՝ բողոքի ցույցը դադարեցնելու վերաբերյալ հրամանները չկատարելու, զենք կամ հրավառ նյութեր ունենալու դեպքում նրանց սպառնում է 60-օրյա կալանք: Կրկնակի խախտումները ենթադրում են մեկ տարվա ազատազրկում:
