ՄԱԿ-ի՝ պաղեստինցիներին տրամադրվող օգնության ջանքերը թուլացնելու Իսրայելի փորձերն անօրինական են, չորեքշաբթի այդ փաստը հաստատել է Միջազգային դատարանը՝ իր խորհրդատվական եզրակացությամբ՝ հրեական պետության՝ Պաղեստինի տարածքում միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ներկայության հարցում պարտավորությունների վերաբերյալ, հայտարարել է Թուրքիայի ԱԳՆ-ն՝ մեկնաբանելով դատարանի որոշումը։
«Միջազգային դատարանի տված խորհրդատվական եզրակացությունը հստակ ցույց է տալիս, որ Իսրայելը, հակառակ իր միջազգային պարտավորություններին, օկուպացված Պաղեստինի տարածքներում խախտում է օրենքը։ Իսրայելի կողմից իր միջազգային պարտավորությունները չկատարելը, պաղեստինյան ժողովրդի դեմ շարունակական հանցագործությունները, մարդասիրական օգնությանը խոչընդոտելը և ՄԱԿ-ի օբյեկտների և անձնակազմի վրա հարձակումները մարտահրավեր են միջազգային իրավունքին։ ՄԱԿ-ի և Մերձավոր Արևելքում Պաղեստինի փախստականների համար ՄԱԿ-ի օգնության և աշխատանքների գործակալության (UNRWA) հեղինակությունը թուլացնելու Իսրայելի իշխանությունների փորձերը, օկուպացված տարածքներում նրա գործունեությունը և ներկայությունն անօրինական են»,- նշված է փաստաթղթում։
«Թուրքիան կշարունակի աջակցել պաղեստինյան ժողովրդին նրա արդար պայքարում և վճռականորեն խթանել միջազգային իրավունքի արդյունավետ կիրառումը և արդարադատության հասնելու ջանքերը»,- հայտարարել է Թուրքիայի ԱԳՆ-ն։
Պաղեստինյան տարածքներում ՄԱԿ-ի գործունեության հարցում Իսրայելի իրավական պարտավորությունների վերաբերյալ լսումները, որոնց արդյունքում ընդունվել է եզրակացություն, տեղի են ունեցել Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանում ապրիլի 28-ից մայիսի 2-ը։ Դատարանը տարբեր երկրներից ներառյալ՝ Թուրքիայից և միջազգային կազմակերպություններից, ընդհանուր առմամբ 45 գրավոր դիմում է ստացել։
