Շատ բարձր կրունկ ունեցող կոշիկները դիմացի հատվածում նույնպես պետք է մի փոքր բարձր լինի, որպեսզի փոքրացվի ճնշումը ոտքերի վրա:
Եթե նախկինում դուք բարձրակրունկներ չեք կրել, ապա սկսեք ավելի հեշտ տարբերակներից: Սովորեք քայլել տանը, այնուհետև դուրս եկեք: Միջոցառման համար վերցրեք ձեզ հետ նաև ցածր կոշիկներ:
