Փաշինյանի պրոպագանդան հիմա էլ փորձում է Զանգեզուրի ﬕջանցքի հանձնումը արդարացնել նրանով, որ դրա արդյունքով Ադրբեջանն իբր կախվածության ﬔջ է ընկնելու Հայաստանից։ Նիկոլական սուտը հենց այսպիսինը պիտի լինի եւ նվաստացուﬓ ու պարտությունը մատուցի որպես հաղթանակ ու ﬔծագույն առավելություն։ Այս մասին գրել է ՀԱԿ փոխնախագահ Լևոն Զուրաբյանը:

«Այ տգետներ, Ալիեւի ամբողջ նպատակը հենց դա էր՝ ստանալ ﬕջազգայնորեն լեգիտիմացված «անխոչընդոտ» հաղորդակցություն Հայաստանի տարածքով, որում «անխոչընդոտ» բառը նշանակում է, որ այլեւս այդ հաղորդակցության կառավարումը ընդհանրապես կախված չի լինելու Հայաստանի կառավարության որոշուﬓերից։ TRIPP գործարքը հենց դա է նշանակում. Ադրբեջանի համար հաստատվում է ﬕջազգայնորեն երաշխավորված հաղորդակցության ﬕ ռեժիմ, որի վրա Հայաստանն այլեւս որեւէ ազդեցություն չի ունենալու, հետեւաբար չի կարողանալու այն օգտագործել որպես քաղաքականության գործիք։

Իսկ այն ճանապարհները, որը Ադրբեջանն է բացում ﬔզ համար, գտնվելու են ամբողջությամբ Ադրբեջանի ինքնիշխանության շրջանակներում, նրանց վրայով ﬔր հաղորդակցություն ռեժիﬓ ու պայմանները կարգվորելու Ադրբեջանը, հետեւաբար հեշտությամբ օգտագործելու է որպես Հայաստանի վրա տնտեսական եւ քաղաքական ճնշուﬓերի գործիք։

Այնպես որ առաջարկված խաղաղ կարգավորումը ﬕակողմանի առավելություններ էտալիս Ադրբեջանին՝ իր պայմանները եւ քաղաքականությունը Հայաստանին նկատմամբ թելադրելու համար։

P. S. Իհարկե, Հայաստանի համար տրանզիտը Ադրբեջանի տարածով բացելու Ալիեւի որոշումը ողջունելի է որպես խաղաղության հաստատմանը նպաստող քայլ, բայց այն չի

հանում սույն գրառման ﬔջ ներկայացվող մտահոգությունը, քանի որ Ալիեւի ցանկացած քմահաճույքի դեպքում այն կարող ք նորից փակվել կամ օգտագործվել որպես ճնշման ﬕջոց։ Այդ հարցը կարող է լուծվել ﬕայն ﬔր ներկայացված TRIPP+BRICS «Զանգեղուրի հանգույց« ծրագրի իրականացման դեպքում, ինչի շնորհիվ Հայաստանն ձեռք կբերի իմունիտետ Ադրբեջանի հնարավոր ճնշուﬓերի նկատմամբ»:
