Ռադիոիզոտոպների արտադրության և Ֆանարջյանի անվան ուռուցքաբանության ազգային կենտրոնները կմիավորվեն նոր պայմաններով. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Առողջապահության նախարարությունը հանրային քննարկման է ներկայացրել «Կառավարության մի շարք որոշումներում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու, անշարժ գույք հետ վերցնելու և ամրացնելու մասին» նախագիծը։ Այս իրավական ակտի նպատակն է «Ռադիոիզոտոպների արտադրության կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ-ն միացնել առողջապ ա հու թյան նա խ ա ր ա րու թ յ ա ն «Վ.Ա.Ֆանարջյանի անվան ուռուցքաբանության ազգային կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ-ին։
Համաձայն որոշման՝ նախատեսվում էր իրականացնել նշված կազմակերպությունների միավորում՝ միացման ձևով, սակայն, հաշվի առնելով «Ռադիոիզոտոպների արտադրության կենտրոնի» զուտ ակտիվների բացասական մեծությունը, նշված գործարքը հնարավոր չի եղել մինչ օրս իրականացնել: Նախագծով նախատեսվում է մի շարք որոշումներով մասնակի ներել ընկերության վարկային պարտավորությունները։ Ընկերության տույժը կազմում է 379 մլն 695 հազար 433 դրամ, տոկոսը՝ 1 մլրդ 331 մլն 886 հազար 830 դրամ: Նախագծով նախատեսվում է նաև իրականացնել վարկերի վերակառուցում ընկերությունում հետևյալ պայմաններով՝ մեկ տոկոս տարեկան տոկոսադրույքով, 20 տարվա մարման ժամկետով՝ կիսամյակային կտրվածքով:
Հաշվի առնելով այն, որ պարտավորությունների ներումից հետո մինչև ՓԲԸ-ների միացումը և պետական գրանցում ստանալն ընկած ժամանակահատվածը կրկին կգոյանան տոկոսներ և տույժեր, այս նախագծով նախատեսվում է նաև 0,92 հա մակերեսով հողատարածքի (ընկերությանն հարակից տարածք) ամրացում ընկերությանը՝ վերջինիս զուտ ակտիվների դրական մեծություն ապահովելու նպատակով:
Այսպիսով, նախագծով առաջարկվում է իրականացնել բյուջետային վարկերից առաջացած տոկոսների և տույժերի մասով ներում, տրամադրված վարկերի վերակառուցում, անշարժ գույքի ամրացում, ««Ռադիոիզոտոպների արտադրության կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ-ն Ռադիոիզոտոպների արտադրության կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ-ն «Վ. Ա. Ֆանարջյանի անվան ուռուցքաբանության ազգային կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ-ն միացման ձևով վերակազմակերպելու մասին» կառավարության 2023 թվականի հունիսի 16-ի թիվ 962-Ա որոշման մեջ փոփոխությունների կատարում և որոշման կատարման ապահովում:
