Ի՞նչ կապ ունեն «խրուշչովկա» շենքերը Խրուշչովի հետ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Նախկին ԽՍՀՄ տարբեր բնակավայրերում, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանում պանելային որոշ շենքեր կոչվել և կոչվում են «խրուշչովկա»՝ ի պատիվ Նիկիտա Խրուշչովի, որն, իբր, հորինել է դրանք։ Սակայն դա ամենևին ճիշտ չէ։

Իրականում դրանք հորինվել են հայտնի ֆրանսիացի ճարտարապետ Լե Կորբյուզիեի կողմից: Ըստ նրա հաշվարկային աղյուսակի, որը նա կազմել էր համամասնությունների հիման վրա, որոշվել էր, որ 2,5 մ–ոց առաստաղները ամենահարմարն են։ ԽՍՀՄ-ում պանելային տների նախագծի հեղինակը եղել է ինժեներ Վալերի Պավլովիչ Լագուտենկոն բելառուսական Մոգիլև քաղաքից: Հենց նա է մշակել K-7 տիպի հինգ հարկանի պանելային շենքի նախագիծը։ Այդ շենքի հիմնական առավելությունը դրա էժանությունն ու պարզությունն էր, իսկ առանձնահատկությունները՝ բնակարանների նվազագույն չափերն ու նկուղի բացակայությունը։

Ընդ որում, նման շենքի կառուցումը չափազանց հեշտ էր շինարարների համար, այն հավաքվում էր դարակաշարի պես և տեղադրվում «առանց շաղախ» մեթոդով։ Այն կառուցվում էր ընդամենը երկու տասնյակ տեսակի շինանյութերից, աշխատում էր երեք հերթափոխով աշխատող համալիր թիմ. մոնտաժողներին զուգահեռ աշխատում էին ջրմուղագործները, էլեկտրիկները, սվաղագործները և ատաղձագործները:

ԽՍՀՄ այն ժամանակվա ղեկավար Նիկիտա Խրուշչովը պարզապես իր ողջ «եգիպտացորենային» եռանդով սկսել էր առաջ մղել պանելային տների գաղափարը՝ այն գովաբանելով բուռն կարգախոսներով։ Այդ ժամանակվանից էլ Խրուշչովի օրոք կառուցված պանելային և աղյուսային տները կոչվել են «խրուշչովկա»:

Երկու տարի նման մեթոդի կիրառումից հետո նաև ռեկորդ է գրանցվել՝ չորս հատվածով հինգհարկանի K-7 շենք է հավաքվել ընդամենը 12 աշխատանքային օրում: Դա այն նախագիծն էր, որը լավագույնս էր համապատասխանում ժամանակի պահանջներին: Խրուշչովի ժամանակաշրջանի այդ նախագիծը ընկալվում էր հիմնականում որպես սոցիալական, և այն հստակ ցույց էր տալիս շինարարության գերակայությունը ճարտարապետության նկատմամբ: Միևնույն ժամանակ, ընդգծվում էր տների ժամանակավոր կարգավիճակը՝ դրանք պետք է պահպանվեին մինչև 1980 թվականի կոմունիզմի գալուստը…

Նման բնակարանները հավասարեցնում էին մարդկանց կենսապայմանները։ Իհարկե, այդ պայմանները հեռու էին իդեալական լինելուց։ Բայց այն ժամանակ ոչ մեկի մտքով անգամ չէր անցնում քննադատել նոր շենքերը պատշգամբների բացակայության, համակցված լոգարանների և սանհանգույցների, ինչպես և բարակ պատերի պատճառով։ Այդ ամենը մանրուք էր՝ համեմատած այն բանի, որ ողջ ԽՍՀՄ-ում կարճ ժամանակում հնարավոր դարձավ ազատվել գերբնակեցված կոմունալ բնակարաններից։

«Խրուշչովի դարաշրջանի» շենքերի նախագծային կյանքը 50 տարի էր, հետագայում ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց տվեցին, որ դրանց կյանքը կարող է երկարաձգվել մինչև 150 տարի:
