Հայաստանում 2018-2025թթ. պաշտպանության ոլորտի ծախսերն ավելացել են. Պապիկյանը պարզաբանել է հաջորդ տարի բյուջեի նվազման պատճառը

Պաշտպանության նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանն անդրադարձել է պաշտպանական ոլորտի բյուջեի կրճատումների համար իշխանության հասցեին հնչող մեղադրանքներին։ «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ Պապիկյանը «Տելեգրամ»-ի իր ալիքում հրապարակել է 2018-2026թթ․ պաշտպանական ծախսերի վիճակագրության գծապատկերը, որում արձանագրված է, որ 2018 թվականից ի վեր պաշտպանության ոլորտի ծախսերն աստիճանաբար աճել են մինչև 2025 թվականը. հաջորդ տարվա համար, սակայն, նախատեսված է մի փոքր պակաս։
«2023, 2024, 2025 թվականներին տեղի է ունեցել բյուջեի աճ, ինչը ենթադրում է, որ մենք մեր ապագայի ծախսերը, պլանավորած ծախսերը մոտեցրել, արագացրել ենք։ Սա ավելի շատ տեսանելի է 2025 և 2026 թվականների տարբերությամբ։ Այսինքն, հաշվի առնելով մեր երկրի առաջ ծառացած մարտահրավերները, որոշում ենք ընդունել 2026 թվականի համար նախատեսած ծախսերն արագացնել 2025 թվականին, որովհետև նույն զենքի գնումները պարզ գործընթացներ չեն. անհրաժեշտ է վճարել կանխավճար և այլն։ Այս թվերը դրա արտացոլումն են։ Ու այսօր մեզ քննադատել բյուջեն կրճատելով բանակը քանդելու մեջ կամ նմանատիպ այլ բաներում, մեղմ ասած, արդար չէ ու ամոթ է, կարծում եմ»,- նշել է Պապիկյանը։
2018 թվականին Հայաստանի պետական բյուջեի՝ պաշտպանության ոլորտի ծախսերը կազմել են 245,173 մլրդ դրամ, 2019-ին՝ 307,983 մլրդ դրամ, 2020-ին՝ 308,862 մլրդ դրամ, 2021-ին՝ 313,123 մլրդ դրամ, 2022-ին՝ 346,779 մլրդ դրամ, 2023-ին՝ 519,523 մլրդ դրամ, 2024-ին՝ 556,193 մլրդ դրամ, 2025-ին՝ 667,052 մլրդ դրամ, 2026 թվականի համար ծախսը նախատեսված է 567,513 մլրդ դրամ։
