Ինչո՞ւ են փակվում փոքր ու միջին խանութները

Վերջին շրջանում առավել հաճախ ենք լսում փոքր կամ միջին չափերի խանութների փակման մասին, իսկ առևտրի կենտրոնների և շուկաների պասիվությունը գնալով հանգեցնում է այդ կառույցների վերացմանը, որոշ խանութներ փակվում են, որոշներն էլ, մի քանի անգամ կրճատելով շրջանառությունը և աշխատողների քանակը, փորձում են դիմագրավել մարտահրավերներին:
Վերոգրյալը հաստատում է նաև պաշտոնական վիճակագրությունը: Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության հրապարակած տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2015 թվականին մանրածախ ապրանքաշրջանառությունը կրճատվել է 7.8%-ով: Ընդ որում, զգալի վնաս են կրել խանութները, որոնց մասով անկումը հասել է 10.3%-ի: Նկատենք, որ հենց խանութներն են ապահովում հանրապետության մանրածախ ապրանքաշրջանառության գերակշիռ մասը (անցյալ տարի՝ գրեթե 72%): Այս օբյեկտների համար բացասական տեղաշարժը «նպաստել է» մանրածախ ապրանքաշրջանառության դինամիկայի՝ 7.6%-ով դանդաղելուն (ընթացիկ գներում): Եթե նշվածին հավելենք նաև այն, որ մանրածախ առեւտրում ճգնաժամի առաջին նշանները հստակ արտահայտվեցին դեռ 2014 թվականին, ապա պատկերն առավել քան ամբողջական կդառնա:
Փորձելով մեկնաբանել և պարզաբանել այս երևույթները՝ պետք է արձանագրենք որ նման անկումները առաջին հերթին կապված են արտաքին դրամական փոխանցումների կրճատման հետ, մասնավորապես Ռուսաստանից (Այս թեմային մենք անդրադարձել ենք նախորդ վերլուծություներից մեկում:
Հաջորդ գլխավոր և առավել հիմնական պատճառը Երևան քաղաքում խոշոր առևտրի կետերի ստեղծումն է: Բանն այն է, որ Երևան քաղաքը այնքան էլ մեծ չէ 2 և ավելի «մոլ» ունենալու համար: Հենց այս խոշոր առևտրի կենտրոնների ստեղծումն էր, որ ստիպեց մանրածախ առևտրում նման անկում գրանցել: Բնական է, որ այդ կենտրոններում ստեղծված հարմարավետությունը միանգամից դուրս կմղի փոքր ու միջին առևտրի խանութներին: Ավելին, եթե Երևան քաղաքում ստեղծվի ևս 2-3 մոլ (այդպիսիք նախատեսվում են «Ռոսիա» կ/թ-ի հարևանությամբ, Կոմիտասում՝ «Ռիո» անվանմամբ և Մալաթիայում՝ համանուն անվանումով), ապա փոքր ու միջին չափի խանութները իսպառ կվերանան մայրաքաղաքում: Այս երևույթն էլ իր հետևից կբերի խնդիրների նոր ալիք՝ գործազրկության ավելացում, սոցիալական խնդրի սրացում և այլն:
