Blog.1in.am-ը միշտ նշում է, որ նախաճաշելը շատ կարևոր է, և այն ոչ մի դեպքում չի կարելի անտեսել, բաց թողնել: Հենց նախաճաշի ժամանակ կերած մթերքներն են խթանում, որ օրգանիզմում սկսվի նյութափոխանակության գործընթացը: Նախաճաշելն առավել կարևոր է նրանց համար, ովքեր հետևում են իրենց քաշին:
Նախաճաշ՝ նիհարելու համար
Համձայն «Annals of Nutrition & Metabolism» ամսագրի հետազոտությունների, նիհարելու համար ամենալավ նախաճաշը վարսակի փաթիլներն են:
Դիետոլոգներն ընտրել են 36 տղամարդկանց և կանանց, և բաժանել են նրանց երեք խմբի: Առաջին խմբին, նախաճաշի ժամանակ, կերակրել են վարսակի փաթիլներով, երկրորդ խմբին տվել են եգիպտացորենի փաթիլներ, իսկ երրորդ խմբի մասնակիցները ջուր են խմել: Փորձագետները չափում էի քաղցածության աստիճանը՝ մինչև ճաշի ժամը: Ինչպես նաև մասնակիցները արյան անալիզ էին հանձնել, շաքարի մակարդակը որոշելու համար:
Հետազոտության արդյունքները տպավորիչ են. վարսակի փաթիլներ կերած մարդիկ, ճաշի ժամանակ 50% քիչ կալորիաներ օգտագործեցին, քան երկրորդ խմբի մասնակիցները: Իսկ չնախաճաշած խմբի մասնակիցները պատրաստ էին եռակի բաժին ուտել:
Եգիպտացորենի փաթիլներն արագ հագեցնում են քաղցը, բարձրացնում են արյան մեջ գլյուկոզայի մակարդակ, սակայն հագեցածության զգացողությունը շուտ է անցնում: Վարսակի փաթիլները երկար են մարսվում և հագեցածությունը նույնպես երկար է տևում:
Փաստեր վարսակի փաթիլների օգտակարության մասին
1 Վարսակի փաթիլները արդյունավետորեն հագեցնում են և լավացնում են մարսողությունը:
2 Վարսակը մեծ քանակությամբ լիգնան սպիտակուց է պարունակում, որը պարբերաբար օգտագործելու դեպքում խթանում է, հիպերտոնիկների մոտ, ճնշման իջեցմանը:
3 Վարսակը նվազեցնում է արյան մեջ վատ խոլեստերինի մակարդակը, ինչպես նաև նվազեցնում է սրտի անբավարարվածության և ինսուլտի հավանականությունը:
4 Վերջին հետազոտությունները ցույց են տվել, որ վարսակի փաթիլներն ունեն պրոֆիլակտիկ ազդեցություն շագանակագեղձի, կաթնագեղձի, ձվարանի և հաստ աղիքի քաղցկեղի զարգացման հարցում:
