ANCA-ն ԱՄՆ-ից պահանջում է, որ Հայաստանին տրամադրվելիք տնտեսական օգնության չափը հասցնի 40 մլն դոլարի

Սիրակ Օհանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

ANCA-ն (գործադիր տնօրեն Արամ Համբարյան) ԱՄՆ-ից պահանջում է, որ Հայաստանին տրամադրվելիք տնտեսական օգնության չափը հասցնի 40 մլն դոլարի ու գումարած ևս 10 մլն դոլար հատկացնել Հայաստանում ապաստանած մոտ 20.000 սիրիահայերին օգնելու համար.... 
Պարոն Համբարյանը երևի տեղյակ չէ, որ

1. ՄԱԿ-ի փախստականների գրասենյակի հետ համատեղությամբ՝ Հայաստանը սիրիահայերի 600 ընտանիքներին տրամադրում է բնակվարձ, ինչպես նաև` Հայկական բարեգործական ընդհանուր միությունը, երբ սիրիահայերը նոր էին եկել Հայաստան, 600 հոգու երեք ամսվա բնակվարձ է տրամադրել։

2. Սիրիահայերը Հայաստանն օգտագործում են որպես տրանզիտ երկիր: Գալիս են այստեղ, վիզա են ստանում և գնում են Եվրոպա:

Մինչդեռ Օբամայից պահանջել որպեսզի ավելացնի Հայաստանին տրամադրվող օգնության չափը նախևառաջ ANCA-ն պետք է պահանջի Կառավարությանը, բարերարներին, որպեսզի այստեղ ստեղծեն մի այնպիսի միջավայր, որ այս մարդիկ չմտածեն երրորդ երկիր գնալու մասին, որովհետև եթե նորից գաղթականություն, ապա ինչո՞ւ ուրիշ երկիր, եթե ոչ Հայաստան:

Հ.Գ. Եթե հայրենադարձություն է կատարվում, այն էլ նման ծանր պայմաններով, պետությունն ուղղակի պարտավոր է աշխատանքով ապահովել մեր հայրենակիցներին: Կարծում եմ, որ ումարային օգնության համար ոչ թե Միացյալ Նահանգները պետք է մտածի, այլ մեր «տեղական» օլիգարխիան:
