«Հիդրոօդերևութաբանության և մոնիթորինգի կենտրոնը» ներկայացրել է Համաշխարհային Օդերևութաբանական Կազմակերպության գլոբալ կանխատեսումները՝ 2025–2026 թթ. նոյեմբեր, դեկտեմբեր և հունվար ամիսների համար։

Սեզոնային կանխատեսման գլոբալ մոդելները ցույց են տալիս, որ 2025–2026 թվականների նոյեմբեր-դեկտեմբեր-հունվար ամիսներին Հյուսիսային կիսագնդում սպասվում են նորմայից բարձր ջերմաստիճաններ։ Հատկապես մեծ է նորմայից բարձր ջերմաստիճանների հավանականությունը Հյուսիսային Ամերիկայի հարավային և հյուսիսարևելյան շրջաններում, Կենտրոնական Ամերիկայում, Կարիբյան ավազանում և Արկտիկական շրջաններում։ Հարավային կիսագնդում նորմայից բարձր ջերմաստիճաններ կանխատեսվում է Նոր Զելանդիայում և Հարավային Ամերիկայի հարավային շրջաններում։

2025-2026 թթ. նոյեմբեր-դեկտեմբեր-հունվար ամիսների տեղումների կանխատեսումը կապված է Խաղաղ օվկիանոսի հասարակածային հատվածում ծովի մակերևութային ջերմաստիճանի գրադիենտի ուժեղացման հետ։ Հասարակածի երկայնքով՝ 160° արևմտյան երկայնությունից մինչև Հարավային Ամերիկայի ափերը, կանխատեսվում են կլիմայական նորմային մոտ տեղումներ։

​Նորմայից ցածր տեղումներ են կանխատեսվում Հարավային Եվրոպայում, Կենտրոնական Ասիայում, Հարավային Կովկասում, Արևելյան Ասիայի ափամերձ շրջաններում, Գվինեայի ծոցի մերձակայքում գտնվող ափամերձ տարածքներում, Մեծ Աֆրիկյան եղջյուրում և Հնդկական օվկիանոսի արևմտյան հատվածում, ինչպես նաև հյուսիսարևելյան Բրազիլիայում և Հյուսիսային Ամերիկայի հարավային շրջաններում։

Տեղումների քանակի նորմայից բարձր լինելու հավանականությունը մեծ է Հնդկաստանում, Ռուսաստանի հյուսիսում, Հարավարևելյան Ասիայում, Ֆիլիպինների շրջակայքում, Արևելյան Ավստրալիայում և Հյուսիսային Ամերիկայի հյուսիսային շրջաններում։
