Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը տելեգրամյան իր ալիքում գրել է ․
Տոտալ գաղտնալսումները, դրանցով շանտաժը և դրանց հրապարակայնացումը, որպես կանոն, բերում են անասնական մթնոլորտի և անձնական ողբերգությունների։ Պարտադրվող անասնականացմանը պետք է հակադրվել մարդ և քաղաքացի լինելով։
Նախադեպեր
Ժուչոկը մեր նոր խորհրդանիշն է, բայց այն ունեցել է հայտնի նախադեպեր։ Համատարած գաղտնալսելու, մարդկանց կյանքեր անթույլատրելիորեն մտնելու, թունավորելու, աջ ու ձախ անօրինական ձերբակալություններ եղել են Սահակաշվիլու ժամանակ և Նազարբաևի վերջին փուլում։
Սահակաշվիլուն հեռացնելուց հետո գաղտնալսման ֆայլերը ցուցադրաբար այրվեցին, կազմակերպիչները պատժվեցին, և երկրում դրվեց նոր խաղի կանոն։
Ղազախստանում եկել էր պահ, երբ ծնողները երեխաներին արգելում էին տանն ազատ խոսել, տնեցիներն իրար հետ շշուկով էին խոսում, և որևէ աշխատասենյակում, որևէ սրճարանում որևէ մեկն ապահովագրված չէր անօրինական գաղտնալսումից և դրա հրապարակումից։ Բոլորը բոլորի վրա կասկածում էին, հարևանը՝ հարևանի, ընկերը՝ ընկերոջ, ամուսինները՝ իրար։
Երկու երկներում էլ ժողովուրդը որոշեց, որ հերիք է։
Երբ արդեն քանդել ես պետական զսպող ինստիտուտները, ունես բացարձակ իշխանություն, ունես քո ամեն ասածն անողներ և չունես անձնական «ստոպեր», շատ հեշտ է կորցնել իրականության և «չի կարելիների» սահմանը։ Համաշխարհային փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ դա միշտ բերում է մարդկային ողբերգությունների և այլանդակ դեգրադացիայի։
Վախից՝ պայքար
Երբ մեկ հոգին ձևավորում է մարդ «լսելու», կալանավորելու անխափան մեքենա, նշանակում է նա արդեն պարտվել է։ Բոլորին այս վիճակը մի պահից սկսում է հոգնեցնել. և´ բռնվողներին, և´ բռնողներին։ Սա բացառապես նեղ խմբի խրախճանքն է։ Ուրիշ լուծում այս իրականություն չի թողնում. պետք է վախից անցում կատարել պայքարի։
Պայքարի առաջին քայլը
Բոլոր առողջ ուժերը՝ քաղաքական, քաղաքացիական, հանրային և այլն, պետք է հասարակությանն ուղղված մեկ միասնական ուղերձ ձևակերպեն՝ չլսել, չդիտել, չտարածել, չքննարկել գաղտալսումները։ Սա մարդ մնալու նախապայմանն է։ Մերժենք սրանց պարտադրած այլասերումը։ Հաջորդ քայլում պետք է արագ մշակել հակազդեցության այլ գործուն մեխանիզմներ։
