ԱՄՆ-ում անօրինական պահվող երեխան վերադարձվեց Հայաստան՝ մորը

ԱՄՆ դատարանը երեխային վերադարձրեց Հայաստան: Այս մասին Iravaban.net–ը տեղեկանում է Աշխեն Դաշյանի ֆեյսբուքյան էջից։
ԱՄՆ-ում անօրինական պահվող երեխան վերադարձվեց Հայաստան՝ մորը, ով ամիսներ շարունակ զրկված էր երեխայի ձայնը լսելուց, որովհետև հայրը գտնում էր, որ երեխային պետք է օտարել մորից, երեխան պետք է մոռանա մորը և Հայաստանը՝ այդ կերպ հոգեբանական բռնություն կիրառելով
Մինչդեռ Կալիֆոռնիայի բարձր դատարանը ոչ միայն բավարարեց մեր հայցը երեխային վերադարձնելու, այլև նիստով բավարեց մեր երկու միջնորդությունները՝
1 անհապաղ ուժ տվեց իր որոշմանը,
2 հանձնարարեց ԱՄՆ դատախազությանը և ոստիկանությանը ապահովել երեխայի և մոր անվտանգությունը մինչև օդանավակայան:
Այսօր երեխան և մայրը արդեն Հայաստանում են՝ միասին և ապահով:

Ի դեպ ԱՄՆ դատարանում այս հարցը լուծվեց երկու դատական նիստով 25 օրվա ընթացքում, իսկ նույնանման հարցերը ՀՀ դատարանում քննվում են 1- 3 տարում, երբ այդ մասին զրուցեցինք ԱՄՆ մի դատավորի հետ, նա ասեց որ ԱՄՆ դատարաններն ավելի մատչելի են ժողովրդի համար, իսկ Հայաստանում տարածված է դատական բյուրոկրատիան:
