Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը տիրապետում են զգալի բնական պաշարների։ Բաքուն աշխարհի ամենակարևոր գազի և նավթի արտահանողներից մեկն է, որի ենթակառուցվածքները հնարավորություն են տալիս ապրանքները Թուրքիայի միջով տեղափոխել Եվրոպա, իսկ Հայաստանն ունի պղնձի, կապարի, ցինկի, ծարիրի և այլ կարևոր հանքանյութերի մեծ պաշարներ։ Դրա մասին հայտարարել է ԱՄՆ սենատոր Սթիվ Դեյնսը։

«Ադրբեջանը նաև կարևոր գործընկեր է Իսրայելի համար, որը մատակարարում է իր տնտեսությունը վառելիք մատակարարելու համար օգտագործվող գազի մեծ մասը և ապահովում է կայուն էներգամատակարարում Իրանի հետ անմիջական առճակատման պայմաններում։

Խոստումնալից է նաև Հայաստանի «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» նախաձեռնությունը, որը նպատակ ունի խոշոր ենթակառուցվածքային ներդրումներ կատարել՝ Կովկասը, Մերձավոր Արևելքը և Կենտրոնական Ասիան արևմտյան շուկաների հետ ավելի լավ կապելու համար։

Ավելի արևելքում Կենտրոնական Ասիայի հարստությունն առաջին անգամ հույս է ստացել Կենտրոնական միջանցքի տեսքով՝ Արևմուտք ճանապարհորդելու անարգել ուղի, որը հնարավորություն է տալիս եվրոպական և ամերիկյան ընկերություններին երկարաժամկետ ներդրումներ կատարել՝ վստահ լինելով երկարաժամկետ տրանսպորտային հնարավորությունների վրա։

Կենտրոնական Ասիայի էներգետիկ, հանքային և գյուղատնտեսական հարստությունը կարող է օգնել ամրապնդել Արևմուտքի փխրուն մատակարարման շղթաները՝ առաջարկելով նոր աղբյուրներ ազգային հզորության և տնտեսական աճի համար։

Այս ռեսուրսները կարող են նաև աջակցել այն երկրներին, որոնց տարածքով անցնում են և կայուն եկամուտ ապահովել ինչպես Հայաստանի, այնպես էլ Ադրբեջանի համար։

Ներկայիս իրավիճակը նոր հնարավորություններ է բացում վաղուց պլանավորված Տրանսկասպյան միջկապային խողովակաշարի վերջին 20 մղոնն ավարտելու համար, որը հնարավորություն կտա թուրքմենական գազը Արևմուտք մատակարարել առկա խողովակաշարային ենթակառուցվածքների միջոցով և զգալիորեն կրճատել, կամ գուցե նույնիսկ վերջ դնել Եվրոպայի կախվածությանը ռուսական գազից։

Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության համաձայնագիրը դիվանագիտական ​​առաջընթաց է և իսկապես փոխշահավետ խաղաղության հաստատման օրինակ։

Նորարարական խնդիրների լուծման, խաղաղության նկատմամբ համարձակ տրամադրվածության և անսասան վճռականության միջոցով Հայաստանը, Ադրբեջանը և Միացյալ Նահանգները միասին շարժվում են դեպի նոր, ավելի բարգավաճ և ավելի անվտանգ ապագա։

Տասնամյակներ առաջ Ջիմի Քարթերի ազգային անվտանգության խորհրդական Զբիգնև Բժեզինսկին երազում էր օգտագործել Կասպից ծովի ավազանի հարստությունները, և այդ գործարքը մեզ մեկ քայլով ավելի է մոտեցնում այդ նպատակին։

Դրա իրագործման համար պահանջվում էր միայն վճռական նախագահ և տաղանդավոր դիվանագետների թիմ։

Անվերջ բանակցությունների և դատարկ խոստումների օրերն ավարտվել են. ամերիկյան դիվանագիտությունը վերադարձել է նախագահ Թրամփի և պետքարտուղար Ռուբիոյի ղեկավարությամբ։ Ես անհամբեր սպասում եմ այս խաղաղության համաձայնագիրը վերջնականապես կնքելու և այդ պայծառ ապագան իրականություն դարձնելու աշխատանքները շարունակելուն»,- շետել է Դեյնսը։
