Ամիօ բանկը իր գործունեության 2 տարին ամփոփելու շրջանակում հրապարակում է հաճախորդների լոյալության ցուցանիշը՝ NPS-ը:
NPS-ը (Net Promoter Score) հաճախորդների լոյալությունը չափող միջազգային ցուցանիշ է։ Այն հիմնված է մեկ պարզ հարցի վրա․
«Որքանո՞վ խորհուրդ կտաք Ամիօ բանկը ձեր ընկերներին, ծանոթներին և մտերիմներին»։
NPS-ի վերլուծությունը թույլ է տալիս հասկանալ՝
- ինչն է արդյունավետ գործում,
- որտեղ կան բարելավման հնարավորություններ,
- ինչպես կարելի է կառուցել երկարաժամկետ, վստահելի հարաբերություններ հաճախորդների հետ։
Այս ցուցանիշը Ամիօ բանկի համար հատկապես կարևոր է, քանզի Ամիօ բրենդի հիմքում ընկած է ընկերության գաղափարը, իսկ բանկի հայտարարած արժեքների մեջ ֆիքսված է վստահությունն ու մարդակենտրոնությունը։
Վերջին երկու տարիների ընթացքում Ամիօ բանկի NPS ցուցանիշը աճել է 56-ից մինչև 80։ Սա 2 տարվա հետևողական աշխատանքի արդյունք է, քանի որ բանկը ջանքեր չի խնայում՝ նոր պրոդուկտների ստեղծման, առկա պրոդուկտների բարելավման և, իհարկե, սպասարկման որակի անընդհատ բարձրացման համար։
Այս ցուցանիշը վերջնական նպատակ չէ, և Ամիօն գիտի, որ դեռ երկար ճանապարհ և բազմաթիվ ուղղություններ ունի, որոնք զարգացման ճանապարհին են։
